Non so se perché usano prodotti scadenti (non vi aspettate la Wella) o perché hanno sbagliato i dosaggi o perché hanno sbagliato i tempi di posa. Fatto sta che io mi ritrovo in testa la stoppa, capelli che si spezzano e si annodano come non ho mai visto. E naturalmente anche i tagli da uomo non scherzano mio nipote non si è mai lamentato anzi sempre soddisfatto. Mirko Cheyenne una garanzia? Lo staff neanche a dirlo.Ti fanno la doccia per lavarti i capelli e non ti chiedono neanche scusa, il colore non sanno farlo e neanche consigliarlo, d altronde lui se ne frega, va continuamente al bagno,non so a far cosa, e ti fa aspettare le ore. Non ci siamo proprio. Io sono andata lì per la nomea, ma purtroppo ho dovuto ricredermi! Consiglierei di mettere personale più qualificato e anche a lui di dare più attenzione al cliente soprattutto per i colori, senza dire sempre amore amore, perché quello non ti rende professionale. Ultima cosa dovrebbe inserire il pos e fare le ricevute perché è giusto che paghi le tasse anche lui, no che non te la fa o su una spesa di€60 ti fa 10€. Molto delusa peccato.
