In più per snellire la fila suggeriscono caldamente di prenotarsi ovviamente di persona il giorno prima e il giorno dopo per la prestazione. Come se uno lavorasse per loro, per un esame quindi una persona impiega circa 4 ore del suo tempo. Assolutamente da evitare Bad experience, rude and nervous staff. La prima dicendo che al medico avevano rubato l'apparecchio per fare la visita. La seconda per problemi del medico. La terza vado a pagare e mi dicono che per la terza volta veniva spostata la visita per assenza del medico e che sarei dovuto tornare il sabato dopo che avevo già programmato una serie di visite a catena prima di un intervento. per le volte che mi sono recato li ho dovuto organizzarmi con chi mi accompagnava avendo difficoltà nel camminare e pagato per due volte la sosta del parcheggio alla persona che mi ha accompagnato senza risolvere nulla. MI HANNO MESSO IN SERIE DIFFICOLTÀ . GRAZIE CORILAB FRASCATI DELLA VOSTRA EFFICIENZA. Structure Not serious and not very reliable. They changed my appointment for an electromyogram 3 times. Al momento dell'accettazione, quindi a digiuno e con urine al seguito ci comunicano che è finito il budget e che non è possibile eseguirli in convenzione. Peccato che né il sito web né il messaggio telefonico comunicano nulla in tal senso.. perdita di tempo e pochissima serietà che danneggia il legittimo affidamento degli utenti. Dopo 4 volte posso confermare che le receptionist sono di una scortesia pari a pochi, la privacy del paziente non è per niente tutelata ed il personale medico è superficiale. Attese e file infinite, se potete evitate questa struttura. The reviews speak for themselves ... Eseguito ecocolordoppler venoso ed arterioso con un'ora di ritardo , in pochi minuti, senza neanche scrivere nel referto che ero in terapia con anticoagulante! Mai più! MRI of the knee reported in a very imaginative way ........ they found traces of ferrous material ...... without understanding that it was a knee that had already been operated on. Sapevo che più avanti non avrei potuto fare l’esame per impegni lavorativi, mi danno l’appuntamento ma il giorno degli esami mi rimandano a casa dicendo che è troppo presto. Intanto perdo una mattina ed ore di lavoro, forse potevano dirmelo quando ho prenotato. Nel frattempo in reception parlano ad alta voce di esami del sangue dal carattere imbarazzante del signore in fila davanti a me, appena andato via, in barba alla privacy, e la receptionist è decisamente scortese. Episodio 2: prenoto visita dermatologica con epiluminescenza alle 10:00, altre ore di permesso, arrivo e il mio appuntamento esiste ma “non è in rubrica” (non capisco, che vuol dire?) intanto entra una signora con due bambini, buona notte. Sto aspettando, tanto non ho nulla da fare, dovevo solo essere al lavoro fra poco.
