★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciare una recensione con una stella è il minimo che si possa fare quando in una struttura vedi che si fa a scarica barile tra segretarie e medico che ti ha preso in carico. Ho chiesto di parlare con il responsabile della struttura per poter esternare il mio disappunto. Ma a quanto pare, la cosa non è fattibile.
Allora scrivo due righe sulla mancanza di professionalità del medico cui è affidato il compito di mettere l'holter per le 24 h alle persone che ne fanno richiesta. Se avete questo tipo di esame da fare, vi consiglio caldamente di rivolgervi altrove.

Comunque non fa' onore a medici competenti tanta ignoranza..........?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio e nessun rispetto per il cliente. Tampone molecolare pagato 80 euro ed è da 72 ore che sto aspettando la risposta che sarebbe dovuta arrivare in 24 ore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una segretaria gentile ed efficiente, l'altra totalmente incompetente e oltretutto arrogante e molto maleducata. La mia pratica per fare delle analisi del sangue in prestazione diretta con l'assicurazione è stata svolta in ben 35 minuti, con sbuffi continui e senza alcuna spiegazione. Una volta entrata finalmente a fare il prelievo ho poi scoperto che mancavano delle analisi che ovviamente provvederò a fare in un altro laboratorio. Tutto molto inefficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver richiesto per due giorni prelievo per mia figlia piastrinopenica autoimmune che ha il covid e pattuito di farlo fuori dalla struttura con l segretaria, mi è stato negato in malo modo dicendo di tornare quando non aveva il covid.. Non poteva dirmelo un ora prima per telefono? Quando avevo chiesto se era possibile farlo?il covid per i piastrinopenici può essere preoccupante...Con il covid hanno fatto i miliardi ma guai a curarti ne dentro gli ospedali e ne in strutture private.. Pessimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata cliente in passato ma non ci tornerò più. Non si può speculare con 80€ di tampone in un periodo di pandemia. Oltretutto ho dovuto insistere per pagare con carta di credito. Mi è stato riferito che accettavano solo contanti perchè non potevano maneggiare le carte. Le carte sono contactess , i soldi sono sicuramente meno igienici e comunque fiscalmente non avrei dovuto neanche argomentare questo diritto del paziente.
