MAURIZIO RONDINI, che ha una mano molto precisa e delicata, ha proceduto ha farmi il prelievo per le analisi. Da altre parti, mi hanno lasciato un buco sul braccio x giorni. Complimenti Maurizio. Mi sono servita DA solo per un analisi delle urine di mio figlio... Al desk mi e' stata chiesta la ricetta nella quale era presente l esenzione, ma senza dirmi che non sarebbe stata accettata quindi ho pagato a prezzo pieno ...dovevano chiamarmi non appena le risposte erano pronte per andare a ritirare il cartaceo.. Essendo spariti nel nulla mi sono recata io in laboratorio... Venendo a scoprire io stessa che si erano presi la ricetta senza essere stati onesti nel dirmi che con l esenzione io non avrei dovuto pagare chiamo il titolare che si offre di restituirmi i soldi mostrandosi dispiaciuto mi dice che mi avrebbe aspettato in laboratorio... Mi reco e lui invece di rimborsarmi mi dice di tornare l indomami! Decido io stessa di non presentarmi piu perche non ho tempo da perdere!!! Orami questo studio per me non esiste piu.... Aggiungo che ho dovuto rifare le analisi a mio figlio in un altro laboratorio e sono risultate molto diverse!!! Da non rivedere. Absolutely not to recommend. Being gone in the void I went to the laboratory ... Coming to find out myself that they had taken the recipe without being honest in telling me that with the exemption I would not have had to pay, I call the owner who offers to give me back the money, showing me sorry tells me he would wait for me in the laboratory ... I I go and instead of reimbursing me he tells me to go back to the forest! I decide myself not to show up anymore because I don't have time to lose !!! Now this study no longer exists for me .... I would add that I had to redo the analysis to my son in another laboratory and they were very different !!! Not to be seen again.

Ho rischiato di perdere il volo da Ciampino perche il mio vaccino non era valido.... grazie al personale gentile e disponibile sono riuscito fare il test in tempi record e prendere il mio volo all'ultimo. Grazie mille per la disponibilità e professionalità Excellent service, maximum availability and seriousness. Addios! A volte la cosa migliore da fare sarebbe scusarsi. Sfortunatamente per noi, non sto sbagliando centro, ci siamo recati in studio venerdì 29/04 circa alle 8:15, l'esame riporta il nome di mio marito e il vostro atteggiamento mi fa solo ringraziare che questa è stata la prima ed ultima volta da voi. Oltre che incompetenti anche maleducati. Non pensavo che si potesse essere così incompetenti e invece..... Chiedo informazioni in merito ad un esame, mi garantiscono la risposta in giornata, eseguo l'esame venerdì. La sera ancora non è pronto, aspetto sabato e ancora nulla, chiamo oggi per sollecitare e mi rispondono che la segreteria che mi aveva garantito la risposta in giornata è nuova, e non conosceva il tempo esatto per la risposta (chiede a qualche collega era difficile?!). Per il mio esame se ne parla mercoledì. E	Elisa D'Agati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel laboratorio non esiste una fila differenziata tra chi deve fare i tamponi e chi le analisi ematiche. tutto questo è inaccettabile perché per fare le analisi questa mattina avrei dovuto supplicare decine e decine di persone perché dovevo chiedere io il permesso di poter fare le analisi in un tempo decente. Ho anche esplicitato alla segretaria che 4 giorni fa ho fatto un intervento chirurgico e forse la mia necessità di fare le analisi non era un hobby.. assolutamente delusa… In the laboratory there is no differentiated line between who has to do the swabs and who has the blood tests. all this is unacceptable because to do the analyzes this morning I would have had to beg dozens and dozens of people because I had to ask permission to be able to do the analyzes in a decent time.
