E	Enrica Perrella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molti anni che conosco questo laboratorio sono cresciuta in quella via ed li ho sempre individuati come il Laboratorio Analisi sotto la galleria, questa mattina porto mio nipote per fare le analisi vedo che sono accreditati Medilab - Anisap pensavo in più professionalità che in parte c'è stata da parte di alcuni operatori e del Professore - Titolare, ma l'Infermiere Mastolindo assolutamente no. I have known this laboratory for many years, I grew up in that street and I have always identified them as the Analysis Laboratory under the gallery, this morning I bring my nephew to do the analyzes I see that Medilab - Anisap are accredited I thought in more professionalism than in part there is was by some operators and the Professor - Owner, but the Mastolindo Nurse absolutely not.

Fondamentale il fatto che sia aperto anche il sabato. Grazie I have known the laboratory for many years. The staff is always extremely courteous and helpful and the results are rapid. Oltre a dover fare la fila di un'ora nonostante l'appuntamento preso, il personale che ha svolto il prelievo è stato barbaro nei confronti di mio figlio di 2 anni e mezzo. Hanno usato un ago normale e hanno cercato la vena con l'ago inserito nel braccio! Assurdo! Veramente NON LO CONSIGLIO! Absolutely unsuitable for small children! In addition to having to queue for an hour despite the appointment made, the staff who carried out the blood sampling were barbaric towards my 2 and a half year old son. They used a regular needle and looked for the vein with the needle inserted into the arm! Absurd! I really DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

L'unico a Ciampino che offre il servizio di prelievi a domicilio, un servizio molto utile per persone anziane e/o che hanno problemi di mobilità. Bravi! Kindness, professionalism and availability; an excellent clinical analysis laboratory. The only one in Ciampino that offers a home pick-up service, a very useful service for elderly people and / or people with mobility problems. Well done!

Non solo hanno sbagliato il referto, hanno anche temporeggiato prima di ammettere l'errore, facendomi perdere del tempo prezioso. Conclamato lo sbaglio si sono offerti, in ultimo, di farmi ripetere l'esame. La corrispondenza email, intercorsa con il laboratorio nei giorni successivi, comprova quanto asserito sopra. I fatti sono i seguenti: al nono mese di gravidanza, mi sono recata al laboratorio per eseguire un tampone rettale. Noncuranti del mio "pancione", sono stata invitata a eseguire il tampone, da sola, in un ambiente non sterile (il bagno dei pazienti). Trovandomi spiazzata, e avendo necessità di questo esame, mi sottoposi ad esso. Voglio precisare che, prima di presentarmi, ho chiamato il laboratorio per avere info in merito all'indagine in questione. In questa circostanza, non mi furono esplicitate la modalità di esecuzione dell'esame, ma solo nozioni generiche. La settimana successiva mi ritrovai in sala parto senza le analisi richieste. Racconto con dispiacere quanto mi è accaduto, con la chiara sensazione di quanto disamore, per quello che si fa, c'è in questo Paese. My experience is very bad. Finding myself displaced, and in need of this examination, I underwent it. I want to clarify that, before introducing myself, I called the laboratory to get information on the investigation in question. In this circumstance, I was not explained how to carry out the exam, but only generic notions. The following week I found myself in the delivery room without the required tests. I tell with regret what happened to me, with the clear feeling of how much disaffection, for what we do, there is in this country.
