Non sono rimasto molto impressionato da come sono organizzati, La dottoressa che mi ha fatto il prelievo è stata bravissima ma poi è entrata la direttrice credo ,che senza salutare ha iniziato a dare ordini urlando mettendomi in disagio. A	Alberto De Simoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di constatare per ben due volte la negativa impressione avuta dai colloqui col personale all'accettazione e per la mancata ricevuta dei referti in tempo utile come concordato. Non ho avuto un'esperienza positiva. Penso che in prossime occasioni mi rivolgerò ad altri laboratori. I was able to see twice the negative impression I had from the interviews with the staff upon acceptance and the failure to receive the reports in good time as agreed. I haven't had a positive experience. I think that in future occasions I will turn to other laboratories.
M	Maria Laurenzano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mese di febbraio 2021 ho chiesto di persona,i costi per alcune analisi,il giorno dopo,recatami in questo laboratorio,mi sono state chieste 183 euro anziché 63(come detto da un addetto il giorno prima). Quando ho fatto presente alla Signorina che il giorno prima ero venuta con foglio analisi dettagliato e che l importo non corrispondeva,è intervenuta personalmente la Dott.ssa Casella con toni,nei miei riguardi,alquanto discutibili e con affermazioni a mio parere molto poco professionali. In February 2021 I asked in person, the costs for some analyzes, the next day, I went to this laboratory, I was asked for 183 euros instead of 63 (as said by an employee the day before). When I pointed out to Signorina that the day before I had come with a detailed analysis sheet and that the amount did not correspond, Dr. Casella personally intervened with somewhat questionable tones towards me and with statements that in my opinion were very unprofessional.
F	Federica “Monkey” P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso valutare in ogni sfaccettatura questo laboratorio analisi "purtroppo". Il cuore di questo laboratorio è Monica, la Dottoressa che effettua i prelievi. Purtroppo non è spesso tranquilla nello svolgere il suo lavoro per troppe interferenze (di una Dottoressa spesso sgarbata). Questo crea ansia nei pazienti che potrebbero vivere, oso dire "serenamente " il momento del prelievo proprio grazie a Monica. Le ragazze dell'accettazione cordiali e puntuali, elemento maschile che si interfaccia il pomeriggio telefonicamente (se si chiama per info sui referti) , davvero poco empatico. I can evaluate in every facet this analysis laboratory "unfortunately". The heart of this laboratory is Monica, the Doctor who carries out the samples. This creates anxiety in patients who could live, I dare to say "serenely" the time of the blood sample thanks to Monica. S	Sandra P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata 2 volte in questo laboratorio e non credo di tornarci. La dottoressa si permette di dare giudizi personali in modo sarcastico e poco professionale. I went to this workshop twice and I don't think I'll go back. The doctor allows herself to make personal judgments in a sarcastic and unprofessional way.
E	Emma Appolloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata al centro per effettuare una curva glicemica ai tempi 0' e 120' il giorno 6/11/21. Il primo prelievo è stato effettuato in maniera rapida ma da lì la mia esperienza è andata solo che a peggiorare. Mi era stato detto che avrei dovuto aspettare 10/15 minuti per ricevere la soluzione di glucosio... questo tempo di attesa però si è esteso a ben 45 minuti aspettati al freddo di prima mattina. Una volta bevuta la soluzione ho dovuto aspettare due ore e,nonostante avessi chiesto più volte se potessi entrare dentro, ciò non mi è stato premesso. Quindi, oltre ai 45 minuti precedenti, ho dovuto attendere per altre 2 ore fuori al freddo, senza essere controllata nemmeno una volta. La mia esperienza si è conclusa con un ulteriore delusione, in quanto sono dovuta entrare io a ricordare alla dottoressa che fosse scaduto il tempo per fare l'ultimo prelievo. Mai più,disorganizzazione al massimo livello nelle ore dei prelievi, dove ho potuto assistere a file lunghissime. I went to the center to perform a glycemic curve at times 0 'and 120' on 6/11/21. My experience ended with a further disappointment, as I had to come in to remind the doctor that the time to make the last sample was up. Never again, disorganization at the highest level in the hours of withdrawals, where I was able to witness very long queues.
M	Martin Del Gado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho notato svariati commenti negativi su questo laboratorio. Io personalmente non ho mai avuto problemi. L’unica pecca se così si può dire è la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze e che spesso (soprattutto in periodo pre-pandemia) è super affollato. I have noticed several negative comments about this lab. I personally have never had any problems. The only flaw if you can say so is the difficulty in finding parking nearby and that it is often super crowded (especially in the pre-pandemic period).
