★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serata molto gradevole, anche in questo periodo particolare siamo stati accolti per bene, il locale è molto bello ma soprattutto è buona la cucina: gli antipasti che abbiamo preso erano montagnette (classiche al pomodoro basilico e parmigiano ma anche friarelli e salsiccia da non sottovalutare), fritti e frittatine di pasta (anche qui si sono sbizzarriti, oltre al classico c'era anche una frittatina al cacio e pepe e una alla carbonara). Per le pizze hanno una ampia scelta, consiglio di assaggiare le pizze speciali (nella foto ho preso la sbagliata ma buona, con cipolle di tropea, salsiccia e gorgonzola, un mix interessante). Da assaggiare!
I dolci molto buoni ma eravamo sazi, l'antipasto ha veramente fatto il suo dovere. Da tornarci ma con meno antipasto?
Very pleasant evening, even in this particular period we were well received, the place is very nice but above all the food is good: the appetizers we took were montagnette (classic with tomato basil and parmesan but also friarelli and sausage not to be underestimated) , fried and pasta omelettes (even here they indulged themselves, in addition to the classic there was also an omelette with cacio e pepe and a carbonara). For pizzas they have a wide choice, I recommend trying the special pizzas (in the photo I took the wrong but good one, with Tropea onions, sausage and gorgonzola, an interesting mix). To taste!
The desserts very good but we were full, the appetizer really did its duty. To go back but with less appetizer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bistrot molto carino, bella atmosfera con luci soffuse nel cuore di Genzano a due passi dal lago. Soffre un po' la posizione all'esterno perché i tavoli sono proprio su strada ma questo nulla toglie alla piacevolezza del locale. I proprietari sono una giovane coppia con tanta passione per la cucina napoletana.lo chef è napoletano e la sua cucina rispetta fedelmente le ricette della tradizione. Ottimi gli "antipasti" che in realtà sono già la cena. Noi da bravi golosi abbiamo un po' esagerato prendendo tre antipasti... Timballini di pasta fritta con panatura,pizzette lievitate fritte bianche e rosse, e verdure in pastella. Quando sono arrivate le pizze una bianca con bresaola e una Sorrento con cornicione ripieno eravamo già "abbottati" per gustarcele appieno. Ma...talmente buone che per non lasciarle nel piatto le abbiamo portate via! Bravi tutti, personale giovane e gentile e molto attento al cliente. Ci torneremo sicuramente...con più appetito!
Very nice bistro, nice atmosphere with soft lights in the heart of Genzano a stone's throw from the lake. The position outside suffers a little because the tables are right on the street but this does not detract from the pleasantness of the place. The owners are a young couple with a lot of passion for Neapolitan cuisine. The chef is Neapolitan and his cuisine faithfully respects traditional recipes. The "appetizers" are excellent, which in reality are already dinner. As good gourmands, we have exaggerated a bit by taking three appetizers ... Timballini of fried dough with breading, fried red and white leavened pizzas, and vegetables in batter. When the pizzas arrived, a white one with bresaola and a Sorrento with a stuffed cornice we were already "abbottati" to fully enjoy them. But ... so good that in order not to leave them on the plate we took them away! All good, young and kind staff and very attentive to the customer. We will definitely be back ... with more appetite!

Unica nota dolente l'odore di fritto,che si attacca ai vestiti pur non essendo nella stessa sala della cucina!
Migliorare l'aspirazione non sarebbe male!
Comunque a mio avviso da provare!
Pizzeria with Neapolitan cuisine excellent pizza and fried food even if the waiting times are a bit long! (But it gets worse)
The only sore point is the smell of fried food, which sticks to clothes even though it is not in the same room as the kitchen!
Improving the suction wouldn't hurt!
However in my opinion to try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza eccezionale ma purtroppo l'orribile puzza di fritto all'Interno del locale non è il massimo. Sarebbe consigliabile tenere acceso l'aspiratore sempre. Tornare a casa e dover mettere a lavare tutti gli abiti non è il massimo.
Exceptional pizza but unfortunately the horrible smell of fried inside the restaurant is not the best. It would be advisable to keep the vacuum cleaner switched on at all times. Coming home and having to wash all your clothes is not the best.
