Approfittato di una attraente promozione The Fork, consumato un pasto eccellente, abbondante e soddisfacente. Mi ha colpito la qualità degli ingredienti, in particolare il sapore dell'olio, tanto che ho pulito col pane tutti i piatti. Il ristoratore approvvigiona le materie prime da produttori locali e la qualità ne guadagna fortemente. Il menù è comunque sufficientemente vario. L'antipasto ricchissimo con la porchetta locale, i tomini avvolti in un guanciale strepitoso, olive saporitissime, la trippa in un sugo con la mentuccia romana, non c'è cosa che non mi abbia appagato.
