Per di più, i prezzi sono irragionevolmente elevati, soprattutto sulla carta vini. Su Matera, a parità di budget, c’è a mio parere di molto meglio. Fantastic location, mediocre cuisine. It is difficult to find such a discrepancy between the two elements in one restaurant. Furthermore, the prices are unreasonably high, especially on the wine list. On Matera, with the same budget, there is in my opinion much better.

Il personale è gentile, disponibile e preparato ed il servizio impeccabile. Il cibo parte da materie prime della tradizione locale con una rivisitazione per gli abbinamenti e le modalità di cottura, il risultato è molto piacevole. Ottima carta di vini con attenzione anche ad etichette locali. Da tornarci. Incredible location, a clever recovery of the internal caves and a refined minimalist design for the furnishings make this restaurant a really pleasant place. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the service is impeccable. The food starts from raw materials of the local tradition with a review for the combinations and cooking methods, the result is very pleasant. Excellent wine list with attention to local labels. Beautiful environment, excellent dishes some a little too scarce in portions, closes a little too early, when ordering the second we were told that the kitchen was closed definitely not up to the place.
A	Antonello Gentile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location spettacolare per una cucina di livello...entree' dello chef con tartelletta ricotta e coulisse di lamponi...pane di Matera da intengere in olio molto aromatico....antipasto ottimo...come primi i bottoni ripieni e il risotto con sgombro marinato e gelatina di limone e finocchietto superano la prova del gusto....la rana pescatrice a seguire perfetta....forse la scarola era superflua...per finire dessert all'altezza con un eclair con ricotta e fichi e un crumble al cioccolato con gelato al fiordilatte e un' altro con mousse al limone e coulisse di lamponi limone e menta. Prezzo più che onesto per i piatti presentati. Ottimo il rapporto con il personale molto professionale. Spectacular location for a top level cuisine ... the chef's entree with ricotta tartlet and raspberry coulisse ... Matera bread to be dipped in very aromatic oil .... excellent appetizer ... as first courses the stuffed buttons and the risotto with marinated mackerel and lemon and fennel jelly pass the test of taste .... the monkfish to follow is perfect .... maybe the escarole was superfluous ... to finish dessert up to the height with an eclair with ricotta and figs and a chocolate crumble with fiordilatte ice cream and another with lemon mousse and raspberry lemon and mint drawstring. More than fair price for the dishes presented. The relationship with the very professional staff is excellent.
