Pizza was fine. No complaints. Good selection.
Tiramisu was flat and uninspiring. Didn’t leave me salivating for the next mouthful - which for a tiramisu is very rare and therefore most disappointing.
We ordered still water, but it had an odd taste to it. Realised by the end of the meal that it tasted like a very flat sparkling water. They did change it, but by that time we’d finished the meal and dessert.
Service was on the whole polite enough. But at times a touch abrupt to the point of being rude, and cold and impersonal though-out.
On the whole, very disappointed. Wouldn’t return, and wouldn’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, location and service! The pizza was fantastic and it arrived around 5 mins after we ordered.
There are a few tables outside so a reservation is a must.
In addition the prices are very reasonable compared to the quality you get. There is a also a 2 EUR service fee.
I would also note that the restaurant opens at 19:30 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is in the centre of the Sassi, ideal for a break during your visit of Matera. Staff was nice and accommodating, food is good and the prices are fair. Differently from many restaurants and bars in Rome or Northern Italy, they don't take advantage of tourists inflating the prices. In the summertime you can also eat in the patio enjoying the view of the Sassi. Lovely restaurant, have to disagree with the negative reviews I read before writing this one.
