Our waiter was attentive and very friendly, providing various recommendations based on our questions throughout the meal.
The food was excellent. We were a group of seven and they tailored their antipasto for our group size, bringing out plate after plate of delicious appetizers, each accompanied by a helpful explanation. We shared four pastas among us and it was plenty of food after all of the antipasto. All four of the pastas were excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience is top notch. Matera is a historic city that every tourist should try and visit. After the tour, a visit to La Cola Cola restaurant is highly recommended. Their dishes are neat and delicious, the environment is serene and the staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were lucky to get a table, can be busy so reccomend to book before. We had a good night with local antipasti plate (not reccomended) and pasta and pizza, This was very good! Breseola pizza was LIT! Good wine and Nice staff. Crowded place with a lot of puls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good, view and grotto were nice, yet the pizzas (despite their appearance) were not: two were completely bland (napolitana and another one with ricotta) and the third was almost inedibly salty (anchovies and capers).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple but delicious food. Cool setting as you walk down 1, 2 or 3 flights of stairs to where you'll be seated. Friendly staff spoke English and were more than willing to explain anything. Great place to take well behaved kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday evening I and Pasqualle had a simple & excellent dinner out here at Lacolacola, I ordered Cavatelli with Asparagi and pomodorini freschi Vegetariano whereas Pasqualle ordered one Pizza Capricciosa vegetariana added rucola and grana. It was good...the environment was beautiful...the service was excellent in Totally very good.
