★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a group that was served seven antipasti plus primi and secondi, all flavorful and delicious. Tough to speak of their secondi generally. Service was upbeat and very efficient. Not an Italian pace - in and out in maybe 60 minutes. Seemed popular as other diners filled the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic restaurant tucked away in an old crypt, a few yards from the Sassi. The food is excellent and their house wine is just waiting to be discovered! Original and authentic choices on the menu from start to (a delicious) finish. Not to be missed!

Once we got in, we found a pretty osteria built in the rock.
The food and the staff exceed our expectations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 'hidden' cellar pitched on the edge of the precipice above the Old Town. Whilst difficult to find it is well worth the effort.
The staff are friendly but do rush about. That said, they were still very attentive to our needs. The house wine was recommended by the Maitre de and red, white and rose were very good for the price.
The food was excellent and well presented.
Recommended.
