Negativ: Ausstattung nur auf den ersten Blick „luxuriös“: Verarbeitung und Montage lieblos, zb hängt der Fernseher so, dass man vom Bett aus immer die Säule des Himmelbetts im Bild hat. Waschamatur nicht gut montiert, defekter Türknauf wurde entgegen der Ankündigung nicht repariert etc. Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgte nicht zur angekündigten Zeit. Kommunikation bzgl Ankunftszeit und Parkmöglichkeiten sehr verzögert, sodass man bis zu letzt nicht wusste ob der Check in klappen wird..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Struttura in ottima posizione. Ogni punto di interesse è raggiungile a piedi. La struttura è nuova. Ho soggiornato in una stanza superior con vista sulla piazza: very nice! La stanza non è grandissima ma accogliente. Lo staff gentile e molto disponibile, rispondono rapidamente a whatsapp e chiamate. Lo consiglio!. Negazione: Peccato che non ci fosse un materasso matrimoniale ma due materassi per letto singolo uniti dal coprimaterasso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The room was spacious and they provided a hairdryer and straighteners.. Negative: There was only 1 mirror in the room and this was in the bathroom, so not ideal when trying to get ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: This place in middle of Firenze was amazing !! We had a small dog with us, no problem. Everything was on point! And the owner always here to help.... ! Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber, Besitzer absolut hilfsbereit !.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We arrived with our own car, Alex organised a parking for us and even waited for us until 11.30pm! The location is great and the rooms are big and confortable.. Negative: The breakfast is a tipical Italian breakfast, coffee and a croissant. I was happy with it, but some people may find it poor..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Fantastic view into piazza strozzi! Close to all the major touristic sites. The room itself was Fantastic! Very clean and had a luxury feel to it. I brought my dog with me and she was very well welcomed. Alex was very helpful with everything. He even carried my bag when he saw I was on crutches. I would definitely come back.. Negative: I wasn't aware that I had to pay a supplement for the parking - maybe i didn't read the full details. However again Alex was very helpful with the while logistic and i was very happy with the parking location and the way the staff dealt with my car..
