After browsing a few estate agents, that one stuck given their professionalism, responsiveness and rental price value. They made it really easy for me when it came to receiving documents to compliment my university and visa applications. All communications were in English which is hard to find in Florence. After spending two years in Florence, I remained in contact with the agent and they’d make sure my stay was comfortable and everything worked perfectly in the apartment at all times. Even during the COVID19 countrywide lockdown they’d send you messages asking if you are okay. That was really nice of them. I highly recommend them especially if you are a student, you would want a certain peace of mind when it comes to the functionality of the place you live in.

Aldo of Housing in Florence was very accommodating and helped me find the best possible apartment options for my budget range in the Florence city center. They showed nice apartments that suited my liking and budget. Luckily, I ended up renting a great and newly renovated modern apartment with a big balcony that has an unobstructed view of Florence. Great service from them!

I definitely recommend this service to anyone that is looking for an apartment in Florence, and especially for those who are from other countries and cannot go physically to see them.
