★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recentemente effettuato una trattativa mediante l'agenzia Il Rione Immobiliare e mi sono trovato benissimo, sia a livello professionale ma soprattutto a livello personale. L'agente è una persona ultra-disponibile, gentile, alla mano e molto competente. Venendo da esperienze precedenti (fallite) con altre agenzie fiorentine, posso con certezza affermare che Il Rione sia tra le migliori, se non LA migliore in circolazione. Qualora in futuro amici o conoscenti avessero bisogno di un contatto, non esiterò a raccomandarli ad Il Rione.

Ho subito notato la sua disponibilità e cortesia ma nello stesso tempo il rispetto per i tempi dell'acquirente. Mi sono sentita ben assistita ed "accompagnata" in tutta la procedura, dalla prima visita dell'immobile fino alla fase conclusiva della compra-vendita, senza mai percepire alcuna pressione o tentativo di influenzare la mia decisione. La vendita è avvenuta in tempi brevissimi ed ho potuto apprezzare la sua professionalità e disponibilità nel risolvere le problematiche che possono insorgere durante una trattativa.
