E	Esperanza Prieto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever deal with, for one minute "late" because of one unhelpfull staff guy didn't do check out.. charged me 4 extra euros... just one minute ... what a rude and bad service. What an unpleasant experience. Don't go there.. they delay you because they want your money for doing nothing. Will never recommend this place at all!!!! The worst.

We asked for a few hours deposit of but they charged us the expansive formula called fast line (even though there was no one at this time) . We then paid 6 euros above the normal formula. They didn't reimburse the différence. A very helpful service but a completely unworthy staff !!!! NB please also pay attention to the time when you drop off your luggage: they add 1h.
V	Virginia Patrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what all these bad reviews are about, as I found the staff here quite friendly and the check in and check out process relatively painless. The draw of this place is that it's connected to the station - they even provide a service (at extra charge) that brings your luggage to the track when your train arrives if you have the ticket handy when checking in. As other reviews mentioned, there was quite a long line when I showed up, but it moved relatively quickly - and check out was a breeze, didn't wait more than 3 or 4 minutes. Recommended!
M	Myra Escalona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Learned my lesson, should have taken my time and searched for a decent luggage storage that is not overpriced, I would rather walk another kilometre than deal with their staff. We had to pay another 6€ for a bag small bag containing a purchased doll. The employee who checked in our bag must have been bored wit his job, I suggest that he should just quit his job rather than being rude to customers, unfortunately did not notice the name cause I just want to get out of there as it was a very unpleasant experience. Other staff was a little bit ok but still need customer service training, you just don’t throw the receipt at the side for the customer to pick it up, you hand it to the person. These people had no good manners, if you are ok with steep price and rude behavior then this is the place for you.
L	Lea H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great! I went at like 5pm and stored one large suitcase until 9pm (Thursday night) and had absolutely no issues. The workers were very fast and straightforward. There was no line and it was extremely fast at drop off and pickup. Total price was 6€ ... I was really nervous to use this place when I saw the bad reviews, but we seriously had NO ISSUES at all! Don’t be too worried especially if it’s a week day or in the evening.... completely fine and good service!

Thought it was quite expensive as we had to leave four small bags for a total of 4 hours, yet some customers were leaving 2 very large bags for half the price. I think they need to look at sizing/volume rather than quantity to offer better value for money.
