Siamo entrati con l'intenzione di acquistare piu' di un paio di scarpe, siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo, ma dopo 5 minuti la beffa, sono arrivate due signore che lo cercavano e che dicevano di avere appuntamento con lui, quindi ci ha mollati alla collega (Molto Gentile).
Non e' un comportamento professionale, poco carino nei nostri confronti, abbiamo deciso quindi di andar via ed abbiamo comprato ben quattro paia di scarpe in altre boutique vicine e di brand molto piu' elevati.
First time in this boutique, very bad experience.
We entered with the intention of buying more than a pair of shoes, we were greeted by a guy, but after 5 minutes the joke, two ladies came looking for him and said they had an appointment with him, so he dumped us to my colleague (very kind).
It is not a professional behavior, not very nice towards us, so we decided to leave and we bought four pairs of shoes in other nearby boutiques and of much higher brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jimmy choo itself is a very well known, prestigious brand but the customer service, at this branch in particular, is very poor and not up to the level.
I’d an unpleasant experience with the sales people, they were not as co-operative and kept me waiting for too long just to get my item!
Never going to this same branch again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really lovely experience at this store. I was looking for boots. I tried on a pair that were in the front of the store but they weren’t quite right. The salesperson helping me (Luciano) showed me more boots in the back of the store and suggested a pair that normally I wouldn’t have even tried. Needless to say, I feel in love. He was very patient while I took the time to decide, was willing to check other stock rooms for sizes that they didn’t have in other shoes. He provided water and coffee for me and my husband. To help expedite our tax refund, he gave us the VIP sticker so that we don’t have to wait in line at the airport. I’m used to very snobby sales associates and that was not my experience here. I was not dressed like someone who would potentially shop there, in my tourist clothing with sneakers and a backpack, but they treated me very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best shopping experience I ever had in a designer store. From the entrance to the aftersales everything was absolutely perfect here. They really pay attention to every detail of the whole customer journey. The store has a decent amount of shoes, bags and sunglasses to choose from. I was looking for a nice cross-body bag and Alessandro helped me to find the perfect one for me. He was really amazing. He listened very carefully to what exactly I was looking for and was very friendly and professional at all times. I did not feel any pressure to buy something. I felt really taken care of in the best way possible. Many thanks to Alessandro for helping me to find the perfect bag. I can highly recommend shopping here.
