Very kind, nice and super helpful.I did not expect such polite and affable treatment at all, often in these centers they are very hasty but here they know how to treat the customer, deserved 5 stars and I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei veramente voluto evitare questa recensione e sperare in un lieto fine. Quando sono venuto in questo negozio avevo urgente bisogno di riparare un laptop che serviva per dell’importante lavoro universitario.
Non solo ci hanno messo un giorno in più di quello che hanno promesso, ma ho dovuto chiamarli costantemente o se no non l’avrebbero nemmeno finito entro la settimana.
Il colmo è stato quando sono andato a ritirare il computer e l’ho ritrovato con un taglio profondo sul dorso e con dei danni (evidentemente da una caduta). Quando ho chiesto al tecnico cosa era successo, non mi guardava neanche più in faccia, e continuava a balbettare che non era di sua conoscenza e che dovevo chiedere alla responsabile Paola. E mi ha fatto pagare comunque la somma totale di 80€ per un bug di Windows 10 che può succedere a tutti. In ritardo e con danni al computer.
Paola non c’era, come la maggior parte delle volte che andavo in negozio a controllare come proseguivano le riparazioni, quindi gli mando una mail, e dopo settimane ancora non ha risposto ed ha ignorato la mail scritta con cortesia e cura.
Completata mancanza di rispetto, professionalità. Servizio imbarazzante. Essendo studente dell’università vicino (John Cabot University) ho già salvato molti studenti dall’essere presi in giro da questo negozio di ladri e codardi. Spero che questa recensione salvi qualcun’altro/a dalla mia stessa situazione.
I really wanted to avoid this review and hope for a happy ending. When I came to this shop, I urgently needed to repair a laptop that was needed for some important university work.
Not only did it take them one day longer than they promised, but I had to call them constantly or otherwise they wouldn't even finish it within the week.
The height was when I went to pick up the computer and found it with a deep cut on the back and with damage (evidently from a fall). When I asked the technician what had happened, he didn't even look me in the face anymore, and he continued to stammer that he was not of his knowledge and that I had to ask the manager Paola. And it made me pay the total amount of € 80 for a Windows 10 bug that can happen to everyone. Delayed and with computer damage.
Paola was not there, like most of the times I went to the store to check how the repairs were going on, so I send him an email, and after weeks he still hasn't answered and ignored the email written with courtesy and care.
Completed disrespect, professionalism. Embarrassing service. As a student at the nearby university (John Cabot University) I have already saved many students from being made fun of by this shop of thieves and cowards. I hope this review saves someone else from my own situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo totalmente incompetenti con smartphone. Non sanno risolvere tutto e d'altronde non cambiano loro gli schermi ma li mandano in un laboratorio, poiché non lo sanno fare. Mi hanno perso anni e anni di dati ed ero andata proprio per farmeli salvare. Ho portato un iPhone 7 con schermo rotto e memoria piena ed ho richiesto il ricambio e del vetro. Loro l'hanno cambiato e me l'hanno disabilitato completamente e l'unica cosa da fare era riavviarlo. Per risolvere il problema sono andati, con me davanti a cercare su internet come risolvere il problema. Ovviamente l'ho ripreso facendomi togliere lo schermo che mi avevano cambiato e
dopo averlo ripreso sono andata direttamente alla apple, la cui ero stata precedentemente ma non potevano cambiare niente essendo un modello vecchio. I tecnici della Apple mi hanno detto che mi avevo forzato cosi tante volte il telefono, facendo cosi tanti aggiornamenti che il mio telefono era andato in modalità "Lost",quindi totalmente bloccato. Avendo anche i conti collegati su Apple Pay oltre tutto mi hanno bloccato automaticamente anche il conto. Oltre tutto ci hanno messo 3 giorni a ridarmelo e quando sono andata prenderlo l avevano anche perso nel negozio. Purtroppo è stata una mia svista e non sarei dovuta andare proprio li. Se si vuole inviare posta pacchi ecc. penso siano efficienti, ma non con i telefoni.
Unfortunately totally incompetent with smartphones. They do not know how to solve everything and on the other hand they do not change their screens but send them to a laboratory, because they do not know how to do it. I have lost years and years of data and I went just to have it saved. I brought an iPhone 7 with a broken screen and full memory and I requested a replacement and some glass. They changed it and disabled it completely and the only thing to do was restart it. To solve the problem they went, with me in front of looking on the internet how to solve the problem. Obviously I took it back by having the screen that had changed me removed e
after taking it back I went directly to apple, where I had been previously but they couldn't change anything being an old model. The Apple technicians told me that I had forced my phone so many times, making so many updates that my phone went into "Lost" mode, therefore totally blocked. Having also linked accounts on Apple Pay, they also automatically blocked my account. Besides, it took them 3 days to give it back to me and when I went to get it they had also lost it in the shop. Unfortunately it was my oversight and I shouldn't have gone right there. If you want to send parcels etc. I think they are efficient, but not with phones.

Le ragazze che ci lavorano mi hanno accolto con gentilezza e mi hanno aiutato per risolvere il tutto. Costo modico per la competenza che hanno.

Prezzi giusti per il servizio che viene offerto. Fanno la pausa pranzo. Il negozio offre anche servizi aggiuntivi quali acquisto di hardware/consumabili, e corriere.

It has been my reference computer center for many years, for every problem with a PC, tablet or phone, my husband bought his assembled PC from them and found a great price together with friendliness, kindness and super availability. Fair prices for the service that is offered. They take their lunch break. The store also offers additional services such as hardware / consumables purchase, and courier.
I definitely recommend it!
