Ti fanno scegliere la settimana e, pur essendo la prima settimana di consegna arriva quando decidono loro. Provi a ritirare la merce ordinata e trovi chiuso per esaurimento merce. Nessun avviso, nessuna telefonata. Solo dopo averle tentate tutte, ci accorgiamo di un pezzo di carta anonimo apposto su una vetrina che invitava a rivolgersi per il ritiro ad un altro store. Senza alcuna indicazione andiamo alla ricerca di questo box e finalmente è arrivato il pandoro. Anche no. Attenzione per il cliente pari a zero. Da non ripetere. Bad experience. I plumcake improvvisamente erano terminati, ma come passo tutti i giorni per prendere il treno erano disponibili...bhoo. Ti costringono a comprare il panettone più costoso e non hanno nemmeno il pandoro. Vado sul sito per comparare un panettone lo puoi comprare ma arriverà per il 28 dicembre. Sono stata accolta con gentilezza, professionalità ed assistita nella scelta dei prodotti. Appena rientrata a casa ho assaggiato il plum cake al cioccolato e visto il gusto provato ho testato anche quello al pistacchio. Entrambi perfetti!!! Il bilanciamento degli ingredienti, la quantità di bagna e la giusta pastosita' mi hanno conquistato.
