★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average typical Italian food. A lot of locals. Food and prices are decent. Wait staff is friendly and attentive. As far as taste and texture go, calamari was crispy and fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the picture may not entirely capture the meal ordered, I hope it indicates how obnoxiously good it was. Being born and raised in an oceanside town on the Atlantic, and working in restaurants my entire life I can say without a doubt this portion, plating and service was fantastic. For €13 had 7 oysters, 6 muscles and 2 1/2 prawn in the seafood pasta... any which way you shake that down, that’s a great deal. Roberto our server was courteous, helpful and had the touch just right on when to engage and when to let us enjoy the meal. Alcohol portions were generous, and house wine was tasty and worth the cost. Entire staff was respectful and inviting- would certainly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Florian's Cafe 3 times in my 4 day visit to Rome, originally recommended by my hotel nearby. Each time I was very happy with the service as well as the food and drink. So I also would definitely recommend to others. Well located not far from Termini. Very reasonable prices. I ate the American breakfast, carbonara and pizza (not on the same day of course!). All of which were fantastic. The staff are lovely and accompanying. If you have a hotel with breakfast included I would still try Florian's for at least one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to stay local to our hotel tonight, and chose this restaurant after walking past during the day and admiring how nice it looked! Service was excellent, as was the value and quality of the main meals. I was also given recommendation for a red wine alongside my main, which was delicious. Of course we couldn't leave without picking out some cakes from the bakery section - highly recommended, especially the Italian chocolate cake!
