★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato x anni x lavoro...tutto bene buon trattamento....poi x vacanza ho prenotato una matrimoniale x 2 notti...un disastro...letto alla francese me lo hanno cambiato con sovrapprezzo...colazione minimalista...ascensore da incubo...ho ricordato che ero stato loro ospite x anni hanno fatto finta di niente... ho chiesto x i biglietti del bus
...mi hanno risposto che non se né occupavano... pessimo ricordo...mai più...
 I stayed for x years x work ... all good good treatment .... then x vacation I booked a double x 2 nights ... a disaster ... French bed they changed it for me at a surcharge ... minimalist breakfast. ... nightmare elevator ... I remembered that I had been their guest for x years they pretended nothing happened ... I asked for x bus tickets
... they replied that they didn't care ... bad memory ... never again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very accommodating and the restaurant has amazing pizza. This is a great place to stay if you wanted a short walk to the beach in Mondello. Also, there's a great lunch place near the hotel that had great gelato!

- If you leave the room at 11:00, the room will not be made anymore! After a few days I was forced to buy the toilet paper by myself.
- Horrible breakfast. After the second day I prefered to do it outside.
- I brought a person into the room for a couple of hours and they insisted on the extrapay for this. If you do not pay, they would not let you go. They sequester you into the structure until you pay. Ridiculous.
Never and ever again
I just hope this is only a problem of this hotel. It is not exactly the Palermo welcome that I would have expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was outstanding and the pizza was one of the nest pizzas I have ever had! The dough is fermented for 72h + and is so light that even with a gluten intolerance like mine, I could eat it without feeling super bloated.
