Bye Bye Blues is really a top notch restaurant which deserves rightfully the Michelin star. Patrizia is a great chef. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

Really cool blend of traditional flavors with a sophisticated presentation and atmosphere. Who would have known that caponata (traditional sour sweet eggplants), panelle (fried chickpeas flour slices) and sfincione (sort of traditional deep dish pizza) could be reinvented into original bitesize delicacies? And that goat cheese could make its way into the stuffing of tortelli? Had a great time enjoying quiet conversations and the attentions of the chef and her waiting staff.

Can I give this 6 stars Even brought the cook book This is incredible. Even my partner who isn't a big seafood live enjoyed this Brilliant wine choices by the sommelier! Brilliant, amazing, fantastic experience, delicious!!! The staff were attentive and friendly The price was what I believe is cheap for the quality.

Magical Sicilian cuisine perfection by chef Patrizia. This is hands down the best culinary experience in Palermo. We will def be back. In addition to the excellent food, chef Patrizia also recommended other restaurants around Sicily and we couldn’t have had a better vacation as we dined in every one of them. Definitely recommend the wine pairing β€” some of the new wines we discovered (Cos) here were amazing.

This is Italan Michelin star. Fantastic foods with reasonable price. I paid less than 150 Euro for two including dessert and bottle of wine. Satisfaction level was enough high. Thanks for great experience.

We are truly impressed with the quality of food, professionalism of the service team and the clean modern environment for dining at Bye Bye Blues. At arrival, we are welcomed by warm greetings and ushered to our seats. The waitress then helped us to stow away our jackets and presented the menu to us. We like to highlight that they have an english menu for guest who requires this version. The resto also has an extensive wine list for selection. The menu clearly indicates the key ingredients of each dish. The variety is well selected and unique. We like that Chef Patrizia takes the order personally for all guests. Upon placing our orders, we were served with a welcome antipasti on the house. We ordered a variety of raw fish platter and red prawns with artichokes and potatoes as antipasti to start. Both dishes are good starters, well presented and tasty. We had Risotto in Mussels soup and a grilled fish fillet as main course. The portion is reasonable and we enjoyed both dishes very much. The freshness of the grilled fish and tastiness of the mussel soup that enriched the risotto is commendable. We like the presentation and curation of the desserts. We had an almond and lemon cake with creme brulee and vanilla ice cream, and a millefoglie with citrus cream, caramel ice cream and pudding. Both dessert are not overly sweet, the balance between the sweetness of cream and citrus fruit are on point. Dining in the restaurant is comfortable and we observed that service team is attentive to the needs of different guests at each table. The restaurant comes with a heftier price tag compared to majority of the restaurants in Palermo. However, it is worthwhile to dine in this restaurant as we felt that it is outstanding and value for money given the experience and quality of food. It is a restaurant we will revisit and host our guests the next time.

Outstanding creations by Chef Patrizia and a gem of a place in beautiful Mondello! Francesco guided us to the best Sicilian wines selected by owner/sommelier Antonio that took the meal to the next level. You have to ask for the wine pairing when there. Do not drive back :)
