I tagli di carne provengono dalla macelleria adiacente il ristorante: la qualità dei piatti è davvero pregevole. Consigliato! Typical local cuisine with delicious and abundant portions. The wooden furniture makes the place characteristic, warm and welcoming. The cuts of meat come from the butcher shop adjacent to the restaurant: the quality of the dishes is truly excellent. Recommended!

Le porzioni sono molto abbondanti e la qualità della carne è ottima (la prendono dalla macelleria a fianco) con solo animali allevati in Valle. Il prezzo è alto, ma rapportato alle dosi e alla quantità servita è piú che giusta. Come da cartello fuori dal locale, il servizio non è veloce perchè questo tipo di cena bisogna gustarla a pieno. In due abbiamo preso: Prazzese (1kg), milanese con osso (vedi foto), le verdure sono servite a parte da loro, tiramisú, birra media, 0,5l di vino rosso, caffè: 90€. Unica pecca: non hanno chiesto il Green Pass entrando. Excellent dinner in a beautiful restaurant in the Maira Valley, furnished with objects typical of the mountains of yesteryear. The portions are very generous and the quality of the meat is excellent (they get it from the butcher next door) with only animals raised in the Valley. The price is high, but compared to the doses and quantity served it is more than fair. As per the sign outside the restaurant, the service is not fast because this type of dinner must be enjoyed to the full. In two we took: Prazzese (1kg), Milanese with bone (see photo), the vegetables are served separately by them, tiramisú, medium beer, 0.5l of red wine, coffee: 90 €. The only flaw: they did not ask for the Green Pass upon entering.

F	Federico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne ottima , d'altronde la macelleria affianco è la loro e hanno carne allevate all'aperto nella piena montagna! Siamo andati lì e abbiamo deciso di fare il menù carne da 6 portate per la cifra di 30€ bevande escluse. ( 2 stracotti, 2 grigliate , 1 piatto di salumi misti , 1 crudo) . Avevo detto fin da subito al ragazzo se anziché il crudo mi dava qualcos'altro ( tipo un altro salume ) ma non mi è stato portato niente. Dunque ho pagato per 6 portate ma ne ho mangiate 5. ( Son stato zitto ,ma perché la compagnia con cui ero mi ha fortemente sconsigliato di evitare lo scontro con la proprietaria, poiché avrei perso in partenza ) ... Il tutto comunque era buonissimo specialmente lo stracotto! Il tutto abbianato a verdure fresche grigliate e non . Qualità della carne eccellente, del servizio è buono ( manca l'esperienza e l'elasticità del personale) . Ma nel complesso ero lì per x mangiare carne e mi ha soddisfatto. Dolci ricco di varietà ( panna cotta con le castagne, cheesecake con formaggio di pecora ) buoni! Possibilità di fermarsi al menu da 22€ ( mi sembra di ricordare) con 4 portate , anche nel mentre . Excellent meat, on the other hand, the butcher shop next door is theirs and they have meat raised outdoors in the middle of the mountains! We went there and decided to do the 6-course meat menu for the figure of 30 € excluding drinks. (2 stews, 2 grills, 1 plate of mixed cured meats, 1 raw). I had immediately told the boy if instead of raw he gave me something else (like another cured meat) but nothing was brought to me. So I paid for 6 courses but I ate 5. (I was silent, but because the company I was with strongly advised me not to avoid the clash with the owner, as I would have lost at the start) ... All was still very good especially the stew! All combined with fresh grilled and non-grilled vegetables. Excellent quality of meat, good service (lack of experience and flexibility of staff). But overall I was there to eat meat and it satisfied me. Desserts rich in variety (panna cotta with chestnuts, cheesecake with sheep's cheese) good! Possibility to stop at the € 22 menu (I seem to remember) with 4 courses, even in the meantime.

Un viaggio nel gusto della carne cucinata come tradizione, accompagnata da contorni e buon vino. Disponibile e simpatico il servizio. L'ambiente è curato ed accogliente. Dimenticavo...il digestivo alla liquirizia. A special place to taste different types of meat. Excellent cuisine and abundant portions. A journey into the taste of meat cooked as a tradition, accompanied by side dishes and good wine. The service is helpful and friendly. The environment is nice and welcoming. I forgot ... the liquorice digestive.

Luogo incantevole, servizio amichevole e gioioso. Unmissable experience for meat lovers: many menu choices based on Piedmontese meat served with side dishes. Space sweets: keep a spot! Abbiamo preso un menù completo e un menù di crudi per poter assaggiare tutto e confermo la qualità assoluta di ogni taglio di carne. Ottima scelta di vini e molto simpatica la titolare. Menzione d'onore per l'arredamento: il locale è davvero stupendo (bagno compreso)! Ps: se siete in due chiedete di prenotare il privè...super romantico. A meat lover's paradise.
