★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assodato che sia uno dei club storici della Vela palermitana anzi siciliana mi reco con tranquillità il 1 settembre 2020 giornata di pochissimo vento, 6 nodi da nord, a chiedere se effettuano il noleggio di tavole da windsurf, mi mostrano il listino e mi confermano il noleggio. Con stupore mi trovo a dialogare con una ragazza che senza nulla togliere al club, ritengo per lei che avrebbe avuto un ruolo migliore come receptionist di una ludoteca piuttosto che di un club Velico di prestigio in quanto assieme ad un'altra ragazza bionda con un accento poco chiaro forse ancor meno preparata di lei parlavano ed asserivano di particolari condizioni meteo ed improbabili salti di vento che si sarebbero potuti verificare durante la giornata!!! In sostanza se il Front office, dunque l'interfaccia del club con il pubblico è questa forse qualcosa in questo club è cambiato!! Naturalmente dopo il loro delirio decido di desistere perché dalle loro parole si vince che se c'è vento non si può uscire.... e naturalmente essendovi 6 nodi costanti capisco che non intendessero condizioni di vento proibitive tali da non consentire la pratica della vela...forse all'Albaria si esce a vela senza vento!
 Established that it is one of the historic clubs of Palermo or rather Sicilian sailing, I go with tranquility on September 1, 2020, a day with very little wind, 6 knots from the north, to ask if they rent windsurf boards, they show me the price list and confirm the rental. . With amazement I find myself talking to a girl who, without taking anything away from the club, I believe for her that she would have had a better role as a receptionist of a playroom rather than a prestigious sailing club as together with another blonde girl with an accent unclear perhaps even less prepared than she spoke and asserted about particular weather conditions and unlikely wind shifts that could have occurred during the day !!! Basically if the Front office, then the interface of the club with the public is this, perhaps something in this club has changed !! Of course after their delirium I decide to give up because from their words we win that if there is wind you cannot go out .... and of course there being 6 constant knots I understand that they did not mean prohibitive wind conditions such as not to allow the practice of sailing ... maybe you can sail without wind at Albaria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental prices sounded ok, lessons unreasonably high. I wanted to apply for a beginner course there. No transprencity online, had to visit personally. Received a very unfriendly service upon arriving, almost not bothering to answer questions. Not showing any price list (although holding to one), just explained verbally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imposible to comunícate with them, we asked for the windsurf lesson (very clearly)and he started explaining about something else, other things we could do in the island like swimming, board paddling, kayaking or even go to visit a church, not clear information. We called the next day and a woman picked up, she said they do not have windsurf lessons, even though the day before we got a paper with the price list (attached here) ?♀️. It sounded like they really don’t care about selling their services.?♀️Unfortunately the service was so poor that we decided not to do it ?

Unfortunately concerning the customer service…. There is a very big place to improve. Maybe for windsurf students this is not the best place, who knows…
