★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand why people would write anything negative about the hotel? Been here for 2 days, the pool is great, rooms are spacious and filled with natural light, personnel is helpful and kind (we arrived at 3 am and they were superb). I believe they're going through a gradual refurbishment and the outside doesn't give it justice. Beautiful spot in Mondello close to the best Arancini Place in Palermo - Touring Café. Also breakfast is unreal.

Pool is closed - which I understand, it is not in-season however it is filled with green water; meanwhile the “lush garden” is overgrown with cars parked on the grass and trash abound. The rooms are dated, AC broken, and beds are hard. We honestly felt cheated. Go elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is simply amazing!! depending on the position of your room you’re able to see the beautiful sicilian sea, the “porto” the mountains and everything in between? the staff is really friendly and helps you if you need anything at anytime. I come here every year for vacation and the place never fails to amaze me :) i’d recommend this hotel to singles and family who are willing to spend a bit more for good quality food and view☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not on the beach as shown on brochures, breakfast was ok, staff was pleasant but didn't go out their way. Careful with the taxi driver there, rates changed daily. The one TERRIFIC part of this hotel is the restaurant across the street, I believe to be part of the hotel was tremendous! On the water, food was phenomenal and the staff outstanding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel and fantastic location. The service was excellent and staff very friendly and attentive.The hotel and room was very clean and tidy with daily room service.
Breakfast was always well presented, lots of choice and plentiful.The coffee was very smooth.
Fabulous sea view from our room.
We would definitely recommend this hotel .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situation excellent but not all rooms have a sea view,
reception service slow and grudging. Bar service very poor, Italians served first. Restaurant serves only pension guests.
Beach service very good. Hut provided to keep beach equipment (lockable). Beach accessible to public along the water's edge consequently anything left exposed will be stolen during the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms could do with a repaint, but public areas are up to standard.
Found the beds very comfortable, and the pillows fluffy, although we did have to ask for extra, and an extra blanket; but house-keeping brought it to our room within minutes.
Breakfast is extensive, and excellent quality.
Pool was unfortunately empty of water, so we had to get vouchers for the private beach daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff was excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast was great, had hot and cold selections and good service. Location and view were outstanding and a nice walk to either the beach or city center. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space with a very nice bathroom and excellent shower. A bit dated but who cares when it is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
