Affacciata sulla baia di Mondello ( isola pedonale per tutto il mese di agosto) e distante venti minuti di auto dall' aereoporto Falcone - Borsellino di Palermo , Villa Olimpia conta sette ampie unità abitative differenti tra loro e sviluppate su tre livelli . Al piano terra gli ambienti condivisi dedicati al relax sono curati finemente nei complementi di arredo interni ed esterni ; sofà , zona Tv e lettura , postazione Pc con wi fii free sono disponibili per gli ospiti h 24 ed un rigoglioso giardino ( con area parking disponibile su richiesta ed a pagamento) fa da cornice alla piscina con idromassaggio , solarium , lettini/sdraio e docce ( ad uso gratuito ed esclusivo degli ospiti che soggiornano presso la struttura) . Piero e Noemi sono stati host premurosi ed attenti alle nostre esigenze , offrendo un servizio transfer anche in orari improbabili ??? .Contiamo di tornare presto in quella Terra meravigliosa ( magari qualche gg in più) M. ☆☆☆☆ Simple and elegant villa, with breathtaking views over a timeless landscape ... Overlooking the bay of Mondello (pedestrian area for the entire month of August) and twenty minutes by car from the Falcone - Borsellino airport in Palermo, Villa Olimpia has seven large housing units different from each other and developed on three levels. On the ground floor the shared areas dedicated to relaxation are finely cared for in the interior and exterior furnishings; sofa, TV and reading area, PC station with free wi-fi are available for guests 24 hours a day and a lush garden (with parking area available on request and for a fee) frames the swimming pool with hydromassage, solarium, sun loungers / deck chairs and showers (for free use ed exclusive of guests staying at the property). Piero and Noemi were hosts attentive and attentive to our needs, offering a transfer service even at unlikely times ???. We plan to return soon to that wonderful land (maybe a few more days) M. ☆☆☆☆

Comodo se si è di passaggio, avendo la scomodità del bagno in comune con gli altri (ad esempio ho fatto la doccia ma essendosi lavata una persona prima di me, ho trovato il bagno un po' sporco e questo nn ti lascia libertà secondo me). Altro neo è che per mettere l'auto all'interno della struttura si paga e nemmeno poco. A parte questi due punti, la struttura è molto bella e curata. Titolari gentili. La consiglio per non più di un paio di giorni perché tralasciando il bagno, l'auto vi costerà un botto. Nice facility and great location. Convenient if you are passing through, having the inconvenience of sharing a bathroom with others (for example I took a shower but having washed a person before me, I found the bathroom a bit dirty and this does not leave you free in my opinion) . Another drawback is that to put the car inside the structure you pay and not even a little. Apart from these two points, the structure is very beautiful and well-kept. Kind owners. I recommend it for no more than a couple of days because if you leave out the bathroom, the car will cost you a bang.

Posizione ottima fronte mare, arredamento moderno e accogliente. Piscina Jacuzzi con idromassaggio, c’è anche la possibilità di cenare a bordo piscina e gustare, su richiesta, le prelibatezze di uno chef che si trova in struttura. Camera pulita, avevamo anche netflix nella stanza. Abbiamo passato due giorni bellissimi, torneremo sicuramente! Super consigliato Perfect structure, welcoming, friendly, helpful and super nice staff .. people that we will hardly forget. Excellent seafront location, modern and welcoming decor. Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage, there is also the possibility to dine by the pool and enjoy, on request, the delicacies of a chef who is in the hotel. Clean room, we also had netflix in the room. We spent two beautiful days, we will definitely be back! Super recommended

A	Audrey Lamandé on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons passé un séjour super à la villa Olimpia Magnifique villa très bien décorée avec une vue sur la plage de mondello Tout est facilement accessible depuis la villa , nous avons un bus pour aller jusqu’à Palerme La villa est propre, les chambres sont impeccables Le personnel est agréable accueillant toujours aux petits soins Le petit déjeuner est très bon et servi en bonne quantité ! Nous avons vraiment tout le confort pour passer un bon séjour Je remercie vraiment Noémie notre hôte que je n’oublierais pas , elle va beaucoup me manquer N’hésitez pas à réserver vous ne serez franchement pas déçus

Noemi è Piero accoglienti e disponibili. Comodo il fatto che a prezzo modico Piero si occupa del trasferimento aeroporto - casa e viceversa. Dalla nostra stanza il mare sembra entrare e si sentono le onde. Non scordiamo lo chef Gio che sa stupire con i suoi patti per accontentare tutti i palati Complimenti a Matteo che a solii nove anni prepara cappuccini ottimi. Grazie mille We are still in place and we are sorry that it is only 3 days. We definitely go back. You sleep like God in a quiet area, at least this period. Noemi is Piero welcoming and helpful. Convenient is the fact that at a modest price Piero takes care of the airport - home transfer and vice versa. From our room the sea seems to enter and you can hear the waves. Let's not forget the chef Gio who knows how to amaze with his pacts to satisfy all palates Congratulations to Matteo who at the age of nine prepares excellent cappuccinos. A thousand thanks

The second day the owner came and rudely told us to take our things out of the bathroom because others would be using it. Then the blinds broke on our balcony door and we couldn’t use the balcony for our whole stay. They had a repairman come while we were in the room and he stayed 2 hours and didn’t clean up his mess. The owners were very unhelpful and rude when we talked to them about these problems. Stay somewhere else!
