L'unica cosa che non ho compreso è la mancanza dei prezzi dei piatti nel menù, per il resto location stupenda, tempi delle portate perfetti, risotto col gelato alla cipolla rossa superlativo, il dolce "spaghetto con la strummula" spettacolare. Simply perfect dinner ... from aperitif to dessert. The only thing I did not understand is the lack of prices of the dishes on the menu, otherwise wonderful location, perfect course times, superlative risotto with red onion ice cream, the spectacular sweet "spaghetti with strummula".

Come fa a non aver nemmeno citato questa perla tra le sue pagine?! Abbiamo degustato il menu “tutto il mare di Sicilia”, per conoscere la filosofia dello chef legata al mare. E non ci sono tante parole per poter descrivere quest’esperienza. A partire dall’amuse-buche fino al piccola pasticceria, una delizia per il palato!! Nulla da invidiare a stellati blasonati!! Complimenti allo chef e complimenti ad Alessandro, un maître eccezionale, pieno di piccole idee che sicuramente innalzano la qualità del servizio e della sala (unico nel suo genere il servizio di aperitivo al carrello!). Complimenti a tutto lo staff, manca solo che gli ispettori si presentino e sapranno cosa fare!! If you've been to the “Charleston”, you can't help but ask yourself: what awaits the “Michelin” guide? How can you not even mention this pearl in its pages ?! We tasted the menu "all the sea of Sicily", to learn about the chef's philosophy linked to the sea. And there aren't many words to describe this experience. From amuse-buche to small pastries, a delight for the palate !! Nothing to envy to starred noble !! Congratulations to the chef and congratulations to Alessandro, an exceptional maître, full of small ideas that certainly raise the quality of the service and the dining room (the aperitif service is unique in its kind!). Congratulations to all the staff, the inspectors just need to show up and know what to do !!

Location sempre la solita, una meraviglia di stile art deco', in un interno, caldo, accogliente e estremamente elegante. Novità assoluta, invece in cucina, con una nuova brigata con giovani preparati. A capo della suddetta brigata, un giovane chef, con già un beckgroun estero di alto lignaggio, assodato tra Londra e Parigi. Menù essenziale, con piatti gourmet, studiati magistralmente, incentrati sulla freschezza, la stagionalità delle materie prime, innovazione sperimentale,e mise en place perfetta. Staf di sala sempre al massimo della professionalità, come ne conviene alla tradizione del ristorante, sommelier e maitre di notevole caratura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ovviamente in linea con il range dei pari del settore, limato dall'ottima scontistica The Fork, perfettamente attuata.
