★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor service. we booked two rooms and when we arrived, they told us we are relocated to another hotel (hotel eufemia) at 2 km close to the highway. The staff where not very friendly at the beginning, no excuse etc.... the view is really nice, but the hotel will need a bigger improvement !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location with views of the bay (No beach access as it's rocky). The rooms have AC and tv but are otherwise pretty basic. Service is ok. Close to the airport. Good and free wifi. The place could benefit from a refurbishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in this hotel for 2 nights this month. I've chosen this place since it was close to where some friends celebrated their wedding.
It has a few pros and some cons.
Pros: the personnel is very very kind and the place is quite. There is a clean swimming pool and a spa (not tested). There is a nice town closeby (15 min walking) where you can eat good food. Nice view.
Cons: the location. It is far from the sea or at least you have to rent a car or get a bus to reach the closest beach (isola delle femmine). Palermo is 1 you're far by 2 buses. Buses have a ridicolous timeline. Breakfast is poor quality. Bathrooms are old and broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely view. Nice pool. The staff ranges from ok to outright rude (even by Italian standards), the restaurant was nothing exceptional, and our room was acceptable. Worth staying for its proximity to the airport and Sferacavallo but dont expect miracles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing. The grounds, however, are in serious need of renovation. They've attempted to update a few things like bathrooms, etc, which is nice, but more-critical things were left untouched. The mattress was the most-uncomfortable I've "slept" in anywhere in the world with massive slumping spots and then very hard coils all over. The upholstery on the chairs is all stained everywhere, and the draperies are stained and outdated. I was also not a fan of the pool closing at 7pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old, cold, dirty and ugly. Booked this hotel despite of reading many negative reviews on google and Booking.com as we couldn’t find a hotel with spa availability. We didn’t have much expectations but this one still managed to disappoint us.
Breakfast on first day was completely stale, second day was ok. Sauna is a small room where two people can manage to sit but it didn’t heat enough to make us sweat a drop. Steam bath and hot pool looked very dirty.
Room was cold , not heated enough by noisy air conditioner and the bathroom was like fridge, no heating at all. Wifi didn’t work well in our room.
Two positive things were very friendly staff and nice view from the room (which makes the second star of the review).
