★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best place to eat on Salina Island. We stayed in Capofaro resort and we ate here twice. The food was excellent and the staff were great. Always helpful and made good recommendations. First visit we went for lunch and I tried an interesting lentil dish. Second time we went for dinner and I had the beef which was also great. The cocktails are well worth getting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so in love with this family owned and run place. The view from the property is amazing. Rooms are tastefully decorated. Outdoor hot spring at the spa is heavenly. Food is amazing. The Caruso's 27-year old daughter, Martina turned a family establishment into a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Definitely worth a trip to try her food even if you are staying else where. A short walk from the property takes you on a trek up the mountain or down to the beach. Bravo The Caruso family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very underwhelmed by the restaurant. Far from the taste explosions we are used to at Michelin star restaurants.
Certain dishes were nearly tasteless (rabbit cappelletti, aubergine bottoni) and the extensive application of fish broth blurs any remainder of a culinary concept.
Much better restaurants on the island.
Service was absolutely excellent. Location is nice.

Sous Chef Stefano created a 7-course vegan tasting menu to accompany my partner's 7-course menu from scratch! The absolute best service I have ever experienced in my life. Vegan-friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most memorable places I have ever visited. Hotel Signum on the magical island of Salinas has just the right low key charm. It’s a place to slow down, enjoy the views, the delicious meals served on the charming terrace, have a treatment in the wonderful spa, or just relax by the pool. It is a place I dream of returning to one day soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was ok, although the amuse bouche was uninspiring. some dishes were not "on point" concerning seasoning. Wine pairing was horrible, altough i took the expensive pairing for 85 €. Overall, value for money is bad - the place ist overrated.

The study, the craft, the respect. Brava. I purposely did not take any picture because certain experience must be live in their entirety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holy cow was our stay here amazing! Since we left a month ago I keep thinking of it as my new “happy place” as it’s visually beautiful, tasty, caring, intimate, rustic yet refined, and a place that felt like home.
You’re basically outside anywhere in the property smelling the Sicilian air.
Breakfast service is refined and the “snack bar” overlooking the ocean is surprisingly posh while also feeling as relaxed as someone’s deck.
The spa was quite nice as well. Make sure to arrive early to enjoy the outdoor pools within the spa which are unique, rustic and soothing.
And the Michelin stared restaurant and tasting menu were a special experience.
The front desk staff was attentive and very savvy. Let them know when to arrange a driver to pick you up at the ferry.
The hotel even rents chic electric scooters so make sure to ask in advance as they book up! Can’t wait to return.
