★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo appena trascorso 3 giorni presso la struttura ,che dire ...!.leggendo le recensioni precedenti hanno deluso le nostre aspettative......Personale freddo e poco accogliente,colazione e cena poca e non di qualità ( per essere un hotel 4 stelle e servire per cena pollo con patate ....traete voi le conclusioni) pochissimo controllo per nn dire nullo ,sull' utilizzo delle mascherine.unica nota positiva è il personale addetto alla pulizia delle camere professionale ,attento e gentile. Nonostante tutto abbiamo trascorso 3 belle giornate grazie alla nuova amicizia trovata in struttura.
 We have just spent 3 days at the property, what to say ... 4 stars and serve chicken with potatoes for dinner .... you draw the conclusions) very little control, let alone nothing, on the use of masks. The only positive note is the professional, attentive and kind staff in charge of cleaning the rooms. Despite everything we spent 3 beautiful days thanks to the new friendship found in the structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic chambers with comfortable beds and bathroom (I loved the shower), the food was delicious and last but not least really pleasant staff. (All the reviews that define it like an old place are probably old too cause it as been recently renovated and now it is in contemporary style)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is a great family hotel with kids club offering babysitting for limited hours in morning and afternoon for kids 4years +( Much More, the staff great). Spa. The ski slopes are literally on the Hotels doorstep. Wait staff were exceptional and dinner options were always satisfying... The downside to our stay????? Dogs!!!!! Oh my God, the dogs!! On our first night the dogs were barking continuously during dinner, then on the other nights in the reception or Bar area while we were all gathered for Quizz games.
