β β β β β Very friendly staff, decent food and rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bar is underneath the hotel which is not idea but there is a sun terrace ss well where you can have your drinks to enjoy a vote over the Lake. It is accessible via a lift or stairs. Beer is served only in small glasses no pints. Restaurant is very big and staff are very attentive. We had an enjoyable stay here.

β β β β β Read a lot of reviews before coming here. I would argue that a lot of the negative reviews can be disregarded as I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. You need to consider the fact that this is a 3 star hotel. The food is average but perfectly edible and the fact it is an all you can eat buffet there is nothing wrong with leaving what you don't like to get something else. I haven't met met any staff members that were rude or unhelpful. I feel this holiday is what you make of it, there is so many beautiful sites to see and the hotel is situated between plenty of modes of transport either on the same side of the lake or across the lake.

β β β β β Well situated beside the lake, the hotel has magnificent views and is well placed for excursions elsewhere. The staff are friendly and all speak good English. Rooms are comfortable and well looked after. Meals are all self service and adequate. There's a lot of choice but as one might expect with such large numbers to cater for the quality isn't always top cuisine. Loads of wonderful Italian ice cream! We would certainly return.

β β β β β The hotel has been massively extended but now needs serious money spending on decor. Our room was adequate if all you want to do is sleep. There was no draw space for clothing, the wardrobe door was hanging off & three light bulbs were missing. There is no tea and coffee making facilities in the room the flooring is hard board panels so it is impossible to walk quietly with constant squeaks and creaks.
The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the food was good but at peek times it was very busy and staff were over stretched. Reception and the lounge area are well furnished with very comfortable chairs and sofas. Definitely a 3 star hotel but only just.

β β β β β I have worked here and see that almost nothing haves changed from the problems that where already in 2008.
13+ Years and they are still there.
- Food bad also to much English foodstyle ( come on youre on holiday in Italy XD but okay you will like it when you're British like the owner )
-If the Hotel is overbooked ( not always the case ) they put you in the next door building ( Luxury rooms ) no they are not luxury rooms but more like Cheap-as.. Renovated low budget travellers rooms, i will advise you not to accept them, the rooms in the main building are WAY better.
- The bar downstairs way to noisy because of emptiness and no deco at all...mmm... yes that makes echo's XD you will have to scream all the time.
- Dirty rooms...yes thats correct if nobody checks them all again.. at least not ALL the rooms.
- Giving single rooms out as a double, yes i had to do that a lot and was not aloud to show people other rooms, and i had to lie.
- Parking place is full ?? ofcourse, there is almost none, the Boss and his wife comes with separate cars to work and the Son and his girlfriend (PΓa) aswell, imagine, they can walk because they live like 1 km from the Hotel...mmmm.... ofcourse showing you have money is everything.
I will recommend some hotels a bit closer to the City como, you have much more to do there, also better food in local restaurants, shops, parking places and places for nice walks or visit.
DO IT!!
Its Just like an good 40 min more driving by car but worth much more youre time and money and youre visit will be so much more pleasant.

β β β β β Just returned from lake Como after a week's stay at this hotel. Beautiful looking hotel. Room was adequate for our needs nice and clean. Coffee tea making facilities would have been nice. Check in was quick and easy. All staff very friendly and helpful. Our week was all inclusive. Restaurant was large with plenty of seating. Meal times based on buffet style all you can eat menu. The food quality was average but varied. A few dishes tasted rather poor ect pork hock tasted dried out. Tea and coffee tasted cheap. Wine and beer with meals ok. Waiters excellent very helpful and friendly. The down stairs bar area was a little on the small side for size of hotel. Some spirits tasted a little weak. Larger was fine only served in small glasses. But not a problem as you can go back as often as you like within reason. Lot of school children's coaches arrived at hotel but we found no problems with them well behaved we found. Overall we liked this hotel the staff work very hard to please the customers. Parts of hotel need a little TLC but it is a three star hotel. Hope we return in the future.

β β β β β I really love the food here, but I would like to thank specifically the wonderful customer service of one waitress and her name is Nima, sheβs so friendly and attentive to all the customerβs needs and I really commend her professionalism and care to customers. The front desk personnel were also accommodating even the housekeeping personnel (a woman assigned on the 5th floor where we are staying for 3 nights, all inclusive) was also helpful. This is our second time ( the first was with Hotel Bazzoni and our stay was really wonderful that we decided to get the all inclusive package again this year. So we thank Nima, the cleaning lady and the front desk personnel (Francesca and Valentina) for making our Christmas vacation holiday a wonderful one.
