2. Not enough food(both quantity and food types) provided for breakfast. E.g.: one day it was only one kind of bread, no croissants, no eggs etc.
3. Fragile beds.
Pros: good location near Villa Balbianello, ca. 1km from the Lenno Harbour. You can park your car there.
Quiet and quite clean place, friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly can’t thank this hotel enough! I have a gluten allergy ( coeliac disease) we went to about 5 restaurants and they all said no can’t serve you! Aka they can’t be bothered to make a dish gluten free even though they’re more than likely to have something I can eat.. got to hotel ristorante Lavedo and they gave me something to eat showed me what was gluten free I can’t thank them enough! Lovely service ,went over the food serving time for me too! Totally recommend x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very authentic, local restaurant. We stopped in on a Friday for lunch while walking along the Greenway Del Lago. It was full of locals having lunch. The two old men beside us would randomly start singing and kept flirting with any of the local women that stopped by their table to say hello. Wine by the glass was €3 for .1L, pasta dishes were <€10. We had homemade tagliatelle with game meat ragu which was tasty.

The location is good, it's close to the lake (no lake view from the hotel) - 5 min walk to the lake. There are buses near the hotel or ferries to go to the centre of Como or Bellagio.
Price / Quality is correct
The food is home made but the portions are small
Cons:
The shower is really too small
At breakfirst there is not enough food for everyone
The host was not smyling and not welcoming.
Be careful if you plan to take the bus, hours on google map are not correct, it is better to check hours on displays at bus stop
