★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude service. After asking for the menu twice and waiting for ten minutes for it we were rudely told we had to be patient cause they were too busy.. Place was empty. We left. Very low standards even for a Swiss service. Unacceptable for an Italian one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old style hotel with nice family ambiance and very friendly people. Rooms with wonderful lake views with the relaxing “traffic” of ferry boats plying along.
Good restaurant on the ground floor front lake.
