β β β β β An absolutely wonderful experience. We arrived a little early and had a couple of drinks on the gorgeous terrace.
The food and wine pairing was absolutely delightful, lots of incredibly interesting flavours. The 2nd sommelier (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name) described each wine in an expert and idiot proof fashion. Lots of great selections and not your typical full bodied red line up.
Luca was especially attentive and fantastic at explaining each food course. The chocolate finish was especially great. To top it all off, the chef came out and asked each table how the food was and for their opinion.
The view was breathtaking, the service and food matched. It was costly, but we would do it again in a heartbeat.

β β β β β My favorite was the ravioli filled with spinach, cottage cheese and egg yolk. With parmesan sauce and black truffle. To. Die. For. The ice cream made at the tableside was also delicious.

β β β β β Superb service with dessert napkins but food was so so. Dumplings were bland. I dont think itβs one star worthy. I found nothing molecular about their molecular molecular degustation menu. Lovely old world decor.

β β β β β Big expectation, but terrible experience. Never again! Service nice, but all of them very stressed. Small portion of pasta / 40-50 euros, traditional italian fish soup / 90 euros... ok, if I get something great, very special and tasty... but in real nothing what I want to taste again. And when the meat is very dryed, because of bad preparation, something is wrong... and of course it is about 70 euros. One thing is the best... the view.

β β β β β Nice restaurant in a very beautiful hotel. As we wanted to experience the water taxi service, we took the water taxi and arrive to the hotel and restaurant from the jetty. The entrance from the jetty is lock and the manager has to come unlock the door for us to gets in and was given the funny looks. May be because we are a bunch of asian that comes from back door. Haha. Upon arrival, the restaurant has difficulties finding our reservation and we are told to wait at the waiting area which is a nice sitting area with a nice 3 piece band playing jazz.
After 30min they finally sorted out our reservation and given a table right at the end of the corridor and entrance to the kitchen. I have a strong feeling that location is because we are asian.
Food and service is very average for a michelin star restaurant. But never the less we do enjoy our time and view in this restaurant.
