β β β β β Beautiful location, large rooms and friendly staff. A bit noisy unfortunately, as the windows are not insulated, but excellent stay otherwise.

β β β β β Clean...friendly staff. It didn't hurt that our room had an amazing view. Restaurant was good and had waterside seating and free breakfast was beyond our expectations..ful service.

β β β β β Stayed with my young daughter for one night as we had stayed in another hotel close by for a few days and we both much preferred this hotel.Atmosphere was very chilled and staff were lovely helpful and very easy going .Food was very nice and our room was bright and clean and a great size .Would recommend this hotel and hope to stay again .Adele from .U.K

β β β β β Can't speak for the hotel part, but restaurant is a hard pass. Food was ok but for the price, there is a lot better within walking distance.
Wait staff dont seem to know what the dishes consist of and the "manager" is downright obnoxious. Do yourself a favour, pick a better restaurant or wait for the inevitable managent change. A restaurant run this badly can't survive.

β β β β β We had an unplanned lunch, a bit late 2pm on Sunday. Staff were OK and accommodating. Food was ok too. Could have been a better experience. We sat outside, next to the road. The lakeside tables were all booked. Overall, not bad & reasonable price

β β β β β We had dinner there this evening...well almost. We waited a full hour for our dinners that never arrived while all those around us were served ahead of us. We missed our boat back to Cernobbio waiting, and had to take a taxi back. So, can't say too much about the food quality except that the salads were delicious! Wish our dinners had made it to our table! Atmosphere (gorgeous view of the lake) was, of course, unbeatable.

I had the slow cooked pork ribs and they were absolutely amazing!! They were so tender... My husband had a pizza it was lovely as well.. I would highly recommend this place.
