★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima giornata, guide esperte, coinvolgenti e molto simpatiche. In mattinata abbiamo visitato la Basilica guidati da Caterina,persona estremamente accogliente e disponibile. Per la visita agli scavi, sito unico al mondo e di straordinaria bellezza, siamo stati seguiti da tre guide che hanno saputo coinvolgere gli studenti e stimolare la loro attenzione tanto da fargli apprezzare ancor di più la bellezza del luogo.
 Beautiful day, expert guides, engaging and very nice. In the morning we visited the Basilica guided by Caterina, an extremely welcoming and helpful person. For the visit to the excavations, a site unique in the world and of extraordinary beauty, we were followed by three guides who were able to involve the students and stimulate their attention so much that they appreciate the beauty of the place even more.

Da visitare perché è un vero e proprio tesoro, un patrimonio inestimabile della nostra bellissima Italia. Ho avuto il piacere, in qualità di insegnante di scuola primaria di visitarlo più volte nel tempo insieme a gruppi di alunni. La ricaduta sugli alunni è stata più che positiva.
An archaeological site in my opinion unique in the world. Very well cared for and with specialized guides. To visit because it is a real treasure, a priceless heritage of our beautiful Italy. I had the pleasure, as a primary school teacher, to visit it several times over time together with groups of pupils. The impact on the pupils was more than positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They'll tell you lies about how you're required to use their audio guide to go inside and will be quite pushy trying to manipulate you to extract money out of you. Just walk out (and ignore them when they say you won't be able to go inside unless you listen to them); you can buy your tickets in the actual entrance.
