β β β β β The bun was way too hard and too much broccoli in the burger. The waiter didnβt let us know that you need to pay at the exit and not at the table and made us wait for 10 minutes.

Having good amount stuffing is not an issue. However, the proportion should be kept in mind. What I find ridiculous however, is your answer and attitude, how you managed to attack the customer after a feedback, purposefully ignoring the rest of the feedback, about having the buns crunchy as nachos, and waiters treating customers as if we should be glad we're even allowed in your restaurant. Then in the end you managed to now give a poor response and attack my country instead of focusing on addressing the feedback. Happy to modify my rating to 1 after this. Buona giornata! ?

Very friendly staff, fast service, nice and delicious food- burgers, steaks, spare ribs... Alot different kind of beers all over the world. And the ribs were delicious!! They won't let you down ?

β β β β β A great little find in Pompeii. This restaurant is great value for money and serves a great selection of steaks, burgers, ribs etc including kids meals. Portion size is excellent, you won't be going hungry. Staff are friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend paying a visit here.
PS - order the Ribs, they won't disappoint!

β β β β β Everything is just great! Food is delicious, staff super friendly.
Giving 4 stars because in the menu price for my dish was 14 euro, but we were charged 15. In attachment please see menu and check. 15 is also ok for such good meat, but you need to write this in menu.
Also would be good to have possibility to change the french fries as side dish to baked potato.
