Abbiamo avuto una accoglienza splendida e la signora è molto gentile A mini apartment equipped with all amenities, clean and moderno..situato 2 steps from the Duomo in a historic building. We had a wonderful welcome and the lady is very kind

Il piccolo boiler è vecchio e non scalda! Iniziate la doccia con l'acqua calda e dopo 5 min è fredda!!! Pulizia è assente giudicate voi dalle foto! It is located right in the center of Florence! Too bad that the apartment is neither cared for nor clean! The shower is small, dirty and forget the hot water! The small boiler is old and does not heat up! Start the shower with hot water and after 5 min it is cold !!! Cleaning is absent, judge by the photos!

Pavimento che apoena ci poggi un piede te lo macchia. Peli sui sanitari, stipite della porta del bagno ammuffito e marcio. Porta che non si chiudeva a chiave. Per carità. Non sono state rispettate le norme basilari dell'igiene, figuriamoci quelle previste per il covid. Dubito fortemente che la struttura fosse sanificata e pulita come dichiara du booking per la normativa covid. Mah. PER CARITÀ VERY DIRTY. Le hemos hecho el comentario al chico que nos recibió, y nos ha dicho que el de las fotos está ocupado y este es el que está libre. El baño muy sucio con hongos y moho en las esquinas, la cocina en muy mal estado. Al decirle que no nos quedaríamos, porque el lugar no estaba en condiciones para ser alquilado, nos ha contestado que nos fuéramos al Four Season. Luego nos escribió el propietario por WhatsApp y nos ha dicho algunos comentarios inapropiados y poco profesionales a los cuales preferimos no contestar. Al final logramos sacar fotos de las condiciones del lugar y nos han devuelto el dinero We have made our reservation through Booking and upon arrival, we realize that the place has nothing to do with the photos. Appartamento comodo, con tutto ciò che potrebbe servire. Cucina funzionante perfettamente e stoviglie pulite (anche se io le lavo sempre a prescindere). Silenzioso, con vista su giardino interno. Certo, qualcosa andrebbe sistemata, ma è altrettanto certo che quel qualcosa non può inficiare il soggiorno considerato anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Appartamento ben riscaldato.
