★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on what part of Genoa you want to see, one way to do it is on a tour in one of these open-top buses using an audio guide in your language if required. Great if you have mobility issues but if I were doing it again I'd tour around the city on foot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use these burglars. They will promise an all day hop-on hop-off experience and then after 30minutes they drop you off further down the wharf and tell everyone the trip is over. No further buses sighted or stopping all day to hop on to. This may be a winter ripoff targeting the cruise ship passengers but it affects everyone. Also worth noting is that half the earphone sockets don't work as expected meaning no commentary.
