A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto materiale turistico gratis ma staff poco cordiale e che si lamenta dei troppi turisti (pensiero condivisibile perché c'era soltanto un'addetta al banco ma avrei evitato di esternarlo in pubblico), tra l'altro mi hanno dato anche un'indicazione in parte errata Lots of free tourist material but unfriendly staff who complain of too many tourists (thought shared because there was only one desk attendant but I would have avoided outsourcing it in public), among other things they also gave me an indication in part wrong

Li in ufficio ricevi un gps e un libretto con degli indizi che ti portano in giro per la città, alla fine se risolvi il quesito finale ricevi un piccolo premio. Costo 12€ per tutta la famiglia. Very kind and competent. We participated in the treasure hunt. There in the office you receive a GPS and a booklet with clues that take you around the city, in the end if you solve the final question you receive a small prize. Cost € 12 for the whole family.

A parte che illegale lasciare il posto di lavoro durante l'orario, è assolutamente una cosa stupida da fare durante il periodo dell'anno con più turisti in assoluto. E in più la metà dei numeri delle varie attività commerciali che vi forniscono sono vecchi e non funzionano più. In August, during opening hours, we waited 20 minutes for someone to open up. È bello incontrare ragazzi capaci e pieni di entusiamo! Biglietto da visita della città decisamente pessimo, e questa sarebbe la città che vuole ripartire dal turismo ?! scandalous, they do not know how to give information on the museums open, then they promise to send an email with the opening hours - never arrived - and the operator says THESE TIMES UNTIL WE RETURN TO THE ORANGE AREA and this on Friday 30/04 !
