★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Lo scorso agosto ho comprato dei biglietti combo online per l' acquario di Genova e il whale watching. Alcune ore prima un sms ci annuncia che causa maltempo l'escursione del venerdì è annullata. Ho potuto usare i biglietti solo per l'acquario, quindi ho perso la differenza pagata. Oramai avevo prenotato l'hotel e siamo partiti lo stesso. Arrivati a Genova il fempo era magnifico, scopriamo che altre imbarcazioni partivano e solo la nostra rimaneva in porto. La prossima volta i biglietti li comprerò solo al momento e da chi parte davvero.
Bad experience. Last August I bought online combo tickets for the Genoa aquarium and whale watching. A few hours before, a text message announces that due to bad weather the Friday excursion is canceled. I was only able to use the tickets for the aquarium, so I lost the difference I paid. By now I had booked the hotel and we left anyway. Once in Genoa the weather was magnificent, we discover that other boats were leaving and only ours remained in port. Next time I will buy tickets only at the moment and from who really leaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ho avuto un' esperienza vera e propria perché per colpa del covid ho dovuto annullare tutto. Però diciamo che prenotare è poi chiedere il rimborso è stato semplice e sopratutto veloce... personale gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente riutilizzero' il servizio in futuro....
Unfortunately I didn't have a real experience because because of the covid I had to cancel everything. But let's say that booking and then asking for a refund was simple and above all fast ... friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely use the service again in the future ....
