★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo segnalare tale struttura come la peggiore mai conosciuta. assolutamente mancante di professionalità. hanno disdetto tramite email dopo 17 giorni una prenotazione che risultava confermata dal 14.08.21 arrecandomi un danno economico enorme al quale provvedero a chiedere rimborso. sconsigliato assolutamente.
I wanted to report this structure as the worst ever known. absolutely lacking in professionalism. they canceled by email after 17 days a reservation that was confirmed from 14.08.21 causing me enormous economic damage to which they would ask for a refund. absolutely not recommended.

Valeria è una persona squisita, ho visto la camera " superior" la più grande, arredata con gusto, elegante, pulitissima e di classe. Anche lo spazio cucina ottimamente attrezzato, originalissimo il tavolo....assolutamente da consigliare, grazie Valeria.
I came by today to make a reservation for my friends. Valeria is an exquisite person, I saw the "superior" room the largest, tastefully furnished, elegant, spotless and classy. Even the well-equipped kitchen space, the table is very original .... absolutely to be recommended, thanks Valeria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 2 days in a very nice and clean appartement on the 5th floor. The place is located centrally. Our host gave us a warm welcome and even spoke our native language (French). Only con, breakfast didn't fit us. I personally recommand this accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, in the center of this beautiful city! Couple of minutes to Piazza de Ferrari, Piazza Della Vittoria, all the museums and Aquario Genova. If u want to see small colourfull topical Italian streets that's the great location! so I can easily say that apartment is in the heart of Genova :)
The room was perfect! Clean, new with big comfortable bed. The owner is really nice and helpful. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the city!
