★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio eccellente! Camera pulitissima, posizione strategica, a due passi dall'acquario e in pieno centro storico. Francesca disponibilissima e genitissima, sempre pronta a suggerirci come e dove visitare al meglio Genova. Una padrona di casa eccezionale. Caffè e tisane sempre disponibili, in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Inoltre nonostante non fosse possibile servire la colazione per via del covid, con nostro immenso stupore, la mattina abbiamo trovato frutta, caffè, latte, tisane, succhi e e brioche confezionate per poter partire mangiando comunque qualcosa. Veramente eccezzionale! Consigliatissimo! Non si può volere di meglio , è oltre ogni aspettativa!
 Excellent service! Spotless room, strategic location, a stone's throw from the aquarium and in the historic center. Francesca extremely available and genitissima, always ready to suggest us how and where to best visit Genoa. An exceptional hostess. Coffee and herbal teas always available, at any time of the day. Furthermore, although it was not possible to serve breakfast due to the covid, to our immense amazement, in the morning we found fruit, coffee, milk, herbal teas, juices and brioches packed to be able to leave while eating something. Truly exceptional! Highly recommended! You can't ask for anything better, it is beyond all expectations!

It is an experience, a must do ?obviously for those who are passionate about traveling like me. Thanks to this beautiful place, I also visited the pirate ship which was magnificent ... so many beautiful things, even more ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&B in centro storico, a 2 minuti dal l'acquario. Recentemente ristrutturato, pulitissimo con tutto quello che serve. La proprietaria Francesca è disponibilissima e dà un sacco di consigli su dove andare e dove mangiare. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ci tornerò
B&B in the historic center, 2 minutes from the aquarium. Recently refurbished, spotless with everything you need. The owner Francesca is extremely helpful and gives lots of advice on where to go and where to eat. I highly recommend it. I'll be back

Receptionist an elder man ( ? Owner)was very unhelpful
& by all means quite rude
Didn’t even respect having children & that we were tired of travelling & need resting
Delayed us & refused allowing car park
Despite informing them we arriving late , he threatened will shut reception if we don’t bring our luggage to the rooms within 5 minutes despite being on 3 or 4 floor with unreliable lift that we could not use
I would have given new star but minimum was 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing breakfast, beautiful design, great air conditioning, premium location in the middle of the ancient port.
Extraordinary attention to details (coffee machine and cold water are always available, pillow manu and so much more).
The room had wonderful view to an amazing church and square.
The hostess take care of every detail and went the extra mile for us. She even helped with special requests and provided every need (like a birthday cake from the best paticery in town) . Here tips and tricks for the city were spot on and we just had the best time in Genova mostly because of this wonderful experience.
Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! Quiet and spacious rooms and very helpful and accommodating staff.
Right by Genova harbor and a ton of good eats. Close to Ferris Wheel, Eataly - Fine grocery items and restaurants. Everything is short walking distance; famous cathedrals, museums and shops. You can also get fine pesto, bread, gelato, and fresh pasta and have dinner with live music while watching many colorful sunsets!
Then you can take a very short walk back to your room! The only issue was an elevator that is located one flight up but once you manage that and you enter the magic door, you are in for a treat!
