Scrivo perché sono stufa di gente che si lamenta e che non capisce nulla di come noi farmacisti stiamo lavorando ed a quali condizioni,soprattutto tutti stiamo vivendo in un contesto di difficoltà ma assicuro che lavorarci anche non è assolutamente semplice. Piuttosto che scrivere battendo tasti al telefono facciamoci un autoesame di coscienza ed un bagno di umiltà ed evitiamo critiche sterili. I do not know the colleague in question and I am neither a customer nor an employee of the pharmacy. I am writing because I am tired of people who complain and who do not understand anything about how we pharmacists are working and under what conditions, above all we are all living in a difficult context but I assure you that working with them is also not absolutely simple. v	vittoria noviello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pandemia in corso da due anni e non si è ancora trovato un sistema per velocizzare l’iter dei tamponi rapidi. 27 gennaio fila di tre ore, oggi un’ora e mezza di fila con sole 15 persone davanti (e qualcuno che aveva prenotato che si infilava). Basterebbe far compilare i moduli mentre si fa la fila, registrarsi sul sistema alla cassa della farmacia e aspettare l’esito fuori; non è possibile che debbano fare tutto due sole infermiere (se va bene) e tutto nel punto dei tamponi. V	Virginia Arvat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco presso questa farmacia da molti anni e mi sono trovata sempre abbastanza bene ma ieri la farmacista al bancone n.1 con i capelli molto corti (lo segnalo perché sono stata incentivata da lei con aria di sfida a lasciare questa recensione) mi ha trattata in maniera molto maleducata e con superiorità. In seguito alle mie rimostranze si è "giustificata" dicendo che sono due anni che lavorano in condizioni pessime, come se noi ci stessimo tutti divertendo. Non so se ritornerò... I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and have always found myself quite well but yesterday the pharmacist at counter # 1 with very short hair (I point this out because I was challenged by her to leave this review) treated me very rude and with superiority. Following my grievances, she "justified" herself by saying that they have been working in very bad conditions for two years, as if we were all having fun. I don't know if I will return ...
