Sono intenzionato a chiudere il conto da loro. Little seriousness and personal lack of respect, zero availability, attention and interest towards the customer less than non-existent !!! I am willing to close the account with them.

Sono andato due volte per due cose diverse e incontro le persone con poca serietà. Per fortuna vivo ben lontano da questa filiale. I have been a CheBanca customer (a great bank) for years but honestly the staff of this branch is really worth it! I went twice for two different things and met people with little seriousness. Fortunately, I live far from this branch.

Ho parlato con un collega che sapeva solo di prestiti. Mi avrebbero dovuto richiamare , e non mi ha richiamato nessuno. Ho dovuto richiamare io x altro appuntamento. Peccato , perché sono cliente di Chebanca da diversi anni e una cosa simile non mi era mai capitata. Massimo Bad service. Torno a casa, chiamo il call center e loro aprono una segnalazione alla filiale che poi mi richiamerà per fissare un appuntamento. No comment. I am in the branch and they ask me to book an appointment. I need to call their call center. R	Riccardo Gibelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggo le recensioni su questa banca e non posso crederci! Mi sembra molto strano tutti questi voti bassi (provate BNP Paribas e poi ne riparliamo!!). Sono cliente da quasi un anno e devo dire che sia io che mio figlio ci siamo trovati benissimo con conto corrente, mutuo, carte di credito ed investimenti. I consulenti sono gentili , preparati e danno qualsiasi spiegazione/consiglio. Ne ho passate un po' di banche e devo dire che questa è la migliore fino ad ora trovata. I read the reviews on this bank and I can't believe it! It seems very strange to me all these low votes (try BNP Paribas and then we'll talk about it !!). I have been a customer for almost a year and I have to say that both my son and I had a great time with a current account, mortgage, credit cards and investments. The consultants are kind, prepared and give any explanation / advice. I've had a few banks and I have to say that this is the best one I've found so far.

Non sa il suo lavoro, chiamo al call center mi dicono una cosa vado da lui mi dice che non è possibile da fare , vado a Milano e l ho fatta. Ben 2 volte non ha saputo fare il suo lavoro. Purtroppo è la filiale più vicina ora mi tocca sempre ad andare a Milano per portare a buon fine le mie richieste. Che livello ha ? Poteva stare bene come operaio in metalmeccanico.
