Ieri vado in filiale perché avevo le carte bloccate e......delirio, il gestore una signora (ed è un eufemismo) in abiti succinti mi dice che devo prendere un appuntamento, la signora allo sportello mi dice di chiamare il numero verde, il direttore assente......una baraonda!
SIETE UNA VERGOGNA.
Se io mi comportarsi così al mio lavoro sarei licenziata in tronco.
Non per ultimo non mantengono le distanze e non controllano il green pass.
I've had an account in this bank for 20 years.
Yesterday I go to the branch because my cards are blocked and ... delirium, the manager a lady (and that's an understatement) in skimpy clothes tells me I have to make an appointment, the lady at the counter tells me to call the toll-free number , the manager absent ...... a chaos!
YOU ARE A SHAME.
If I behave like this at my job, I would be fired on the spot.
Last but not least, they do not keep their distance and do not check the green pass.
