E già questo è indice di poca professionalità. Quando sono entrato io, la signora che mi doveva trattare il piede, aveva la mano tremante, facendo un lavoro pessimo, a detta del podologo che mi ha visitato successivamente a Padova e a cui mi son dovuto rivolgere, risolvendo il mio problema sradicando il callo. La signora per una seduta mi chiese 30 euro, invitandomi a ritornare, a differenza del podologo in cui ho svolto una sola seduta, spendendo 70 euro. I went to this pharmacy caller. Non solo sono fornitissimi e vantano numerosi servizi alla persona, ma sono da sempre cortesi e disponibili e mai negano un consiglio se lo chiede o si risparmiano nel venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Ho chiamato per chiedere un'informazione per un tampone e per quanto la richiesta potesse essere specifica, siamo da due anni in pandemia, fanno tamponi tutto il giorno tutti i giorni e non mi hanno saputo rispondere; mi è stato chiesto di richiamare nel pomeriggio, ma ovviamente quando ho richiamato la persona con cui avevo parlato al mattino non c'era più, la mia domanda non ha avuto seguito e non ho ricevuto risposta. Inoltre, al mio ragazzo qualche settimana fa dissero che facevano tamponi senza prenotazione, quando chiamai mi dissero che li facevano solo su prenotazione, meno di una settimana dopo il mio ragazzo si è recato lì e gliel'hanno fatto senza prenotazione. Se non avessi chiamato avrei avuto più informazioni. I was not happy. I called to ask for information on a swab and, however specific the request might be, we've been in a pandemic for two years, they swab all day every day and they haven't been able to answer me; I was asked to call back in the afternoon, but obviously when I called back the person I spoke to in the morning was gone, my question was not followed up and I received no answer. Also, a few weeks ago they told my boyfriend that they made tampons without a reservation, when I called they told me they only made them by reservation, less than a week later my boyfriend went there and they did it without reservation. If I hadn't called, I would have had more information.
