★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente se avessi letto le recensioni oggi non sarei andato lì, andiamo per ordine, ho chiamato stamattina informandomi se potessero ripararmi una macchina da caffè, risposta affermativa, peccato che la signora ometteva di informarmi volutamente che solo per guardare la macchina dovevo dargli 20 euro, oltre al costo della riparazione, gli facevo notare che la macchina valeva si e no 50 euro per cui quella cifra mi sembrava eccessiva, e qui arriva il bello sapete la risposta? noi mica siamo muratori qui ci sono dei tecnici che lavorano e che vanno pagati profumatamente.....sono uno pro vaccini però se devo essere sincero mi sta venendo qualche dubbio..... sul loro effetto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un centro assistenza come se ne trovano ormai pochi in giro, a conduzione familiare e all'insegna della professionalità e della cortesia.
Se l'apparecchio non è delle case produttrici su cui offrono assistenza e pensano di non poter garantire la riparazione con ricambi e tempi adeguati, preferiscono rinunciare subito al lavoro.
In alcune occasioni, mi hanno addirittura dato dei consigli per effettuare da solo semplici interventi manutentivi su piccoli elettrodomestici.

An assistance center as there are few around now, family-run and in the name of professionalism and courtesy.
If the appliance does not belong to the manufacturers on which they offer assistance and they think they cannot guarantee repairs with adequate spare parts and times, they prefer to give up work immediately.
On some occasions, they even gave me advice to carry out simple maintenance operations on small appliances by myself.

Non soltanto si rifiutano di riparare un prodotto in garanzia che a detta della casa madre De’ Longhi e di Nespresso devono riparare ma si permettono di insultarmi per la presenza di incrostazioni di calcare all’interno della stessa. Scommetto che se l’intervento fosse stato fuori garanzia non avrebbero avuto nessun problema.
If I could give 0 stars for the rudeness I would give them. Not only do they refuse to repair a guarantee as a guarantee that according to the parent house of the Longhi and of Nespresso must repair but allow to insult me for the presence of limestone incrustations within the same. I bet that if the surgery had been out of warranty they would have no problem.
