Premesso che era la prima volta che entravo nel negozio e l'accoglienza del titolare è stata ottima, permettendomi di provare gli strumenti con calma in una saletta, senza problemi. L'iniziale confusione che appare appena entrati, con ammassamento di chitarre e amplificatori è subito fugata dalla qualità dei prodotti esposti e dalla passione del proprietario. Ero arrivato in negozio con l'idea di sostituire la mia Taylor con una Martin OM John Mayer, sono uscito oltre alla Martin con una Telecaster e un amplificatore Fender. Consigliatissimo. Fantastic experience. Given that it was the first time I entered the shop and the owner's welcome was excellent, allowing me to try the instruments calmly in a room, without problems. Ho quindi scritto ai due indirizzi indicati sul sito. Sto ancora aspettando una risposta. Peccato perché il negozio sembra ben fornito e si sarebbe potuta avviare una collaborazione, ma vista la considerazione e la professionalità riscontrate, anche no. I phoned the shop two weeks ago asking for simple information for pickups, my questions were curtly answered by sending an email. I then wrote to the two addresses indicated on the site. I am still waiting for an answer. Too bad because the shop seems well stocked and a collaboration could have been started, but given the consideration and professionalism found, even not.

Inutile dire che lo strumento in questione e' di una qualita' e bellezza allucinante, ma piu' che altro volevo parlare della gentilezza e pazienza del sig. Carlo. Ho acquistato la chitarra diciamo a scatola chiusa, non provandola e neanche vedendola. Dopo qualche scambio mail con foto mi sono innamorato di questa Telecaster. Ho effettuato pagamento tramite bonifico, spedizione precisa e imballo perfetto, la chitarra mi arriva dopo 2 giorni lavorativi...(a momenti la aprivo nel furgone del corriere ?) Che dire, sono davvero contento e soddisfatto dell' acquisto, un ringraziamento particolare al sig. Carlo e vorrei consigliare a tutti di acquistare nel suo negozio. P.S. il prezzo era fra il piu' basso e competitivo della rete. I approached GBL Guitars to purchase an American Original 50 Fender Telecaster. If I could I would put 6 stars !! Needless to say, the instrument in question is of an amazing quality and beauty, but more than anything else I wanted to talk about the kindness and patience of Mr. Charles. I bought the guitar, let's say in a poke, not trying it out and not even seeing it. After some email exchanges with photos I fell in love with this Telecaster. I paid by bank transfer, precise shipping and perfect packaging, the guitar arrives after 2 working days ... (at times I opened it in the courier van ?) What can I say, I'm really happy and satisfied with the purchase, a special thanks to Mr. Carlo and I would like to advise everyone to buy in his shop. P.S. the price was among the lowest and most competitive on the net.

Non mi è chiaro come possa il proprietario orizzontarsi nelle centinaia di chitarre e di amplificatori presenti in negozio ma lui sa dove mettere le mani. Molto competente e prezzi onesti. Here a guitarist can really find it all. It is not clear to me how the owner can navigate the hundreds of guitars and amps in the shop but he knows where to put his hands. Very competent and fair prices.
