★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subito molto gentile il dottore, ho preso un medicinale che di solito non pago in quanto vado a prenderlo all' ospedale e mi dice che c'è da pagare un " piccolo" ticket. Dopodiché al pagamento mi dice:" sono 17 euro". Io dico " ma se per lei 17 euro sono un piccolo ticket...". Al che il dottorino si altera dicendo che "lui" tutti i giorni rischia la vita, il che non ha senso dal momento che anche noi andando a fare la spesa e in farmacia rischiamo la vita. Tra parentesi mia moglie non ha mai pagato ticket perché disabile al 100 per cento. Avendo fatto delle opportune ricerche e avendo ragione dico a tutti: " non andate in quella farmacia " . Grazie per aver letto questa notizia

Whereupon the doctor gets angry saying that "he" risks his life every day, which makes no sense since we too go shopping and in the pharmacy we risk our lives. Incidentally, my wife never paid tickets because she is 100 percent disabled. Having done the proper research and being right I say to everyone: "don't go to that pharmacy". ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare!!! Personale impreparato e non corretto...mi spiego: acquisto una ricarica di un prodotto portando al seguito lo stesso, per evitare disguidi. Il preposto visiona la marca e il modello e mi dà la ricarica. Torno a casa e apro la confezione ma la ricarica non è per lo stesso modello, quindi ritorno ma mi viene negato il cambio perché ormai la confezione è aperta, se proprio mi possono fare uno sconto irrisorio rispetto al prezzo originario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Controllo in rete e vedo che chiudete alle 21.00. Telefono alle 20.00 per sincerarmene e mi dite 20.30. Arrivo a balla da Colorno perché ho un'emergenza e alle 20.17 avete già chiuso. Mi sa che non si lavora così. Mica vendete gelati. La gente se viene in farmacia lo fa per necessità.

Siamo al di là della maleducazione, che non ha comunque posto in una farmacia, siamo al limite della legalità per quanto concerne la mancanza di profilassi sanitaria durante la crisi covid. E i diritti del consumatore qui non esistono!
I agree with the other reviewers.
We are beyond rudeness, which in any case has no place in a pharmacy, we are at the limit of legality as regards the lack of health prophylaxis during the covid crisis. And consumer rights don't exist here!
